Hotel Shikhar Darshan

"I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, Daalchand Chorasiya. When I called ahead, he assured me that a room was available and that we could check in immediately, even suggesting we bring our grandparents along. However, when we arrived, he suddenly changed his tune, telling us we couldn't check in and would have to wait 2-3 hours for a room. This inconsistency and lack of reliability left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome. This is not the level of service I expect from a hotel of this caliber." And their service is very poor , hotel is surrounded with so much crowd - so you won’t get peace even in night.

The location of the hotel is undoubtedly wonderful, offering a clear view of the Mahakal Temple from the temple-facing rooms. However, a major drawback is the infestation of insects in the rooms. We booked two rooms for three days and had to throw out around 50 house crickets (Tiddi) and cockroaches during our stay. Additionally, the mattress and covers were not clean. A significant safety concern was the broken locks on the glass windows, which could be opened from the outside if someone climbed up. Out of all this, the staff of hotel was cooperative and helpful

Obviously the location of this hotel is the most beneficial for the tourism cuz it has just the distance of 100 meters from the.mahakal mandir and if you don't get the ticket of bhasmarati you can easily watch it from the balcony through LED screen hanging in the mandir premises, clearly visible from the balcony of the hotel, the rooms ar very clean and the staffs are very well behaved.

Hotel shrikhar darshan is totally fraud in their hotel name there are multiple websites I had visited this hotel 18th July they are created this scam we had made booking in this hotel through this websites and he had shared the bill too with the original hote GST after reaching the hotel they had directly told there is no booking in your name without seeing any records they are doing internal scam and we will lost 6000. I requesting everyone don't book any ujjain hotels through online also I humble requesting everyone to band this hotel.

They are literally fraud. They take money and refuse to give you room. All staffs together are spoiling the name of hotel. Never ever go and stay there. You will find yourself stuck in situation. They don't have fear of god even. You wont get any service and any facility. If you don't want to spoil your trip then don't go to this hotel. better feed some beggars rather than paying in this hotel.

Rooms are ok but small for the money the charge. Service is not good. Location is good as it's very close to Mahakal temple. Hotel doesn't have it's own restaurant plus the restaurant next to hotel is no good in case you are looking for good food.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Shikhar Darshan twice, and both experiences were exceptional. The staff Vedant and his team is courteous and attentive. With its prime location, it's the perfect choice for those seeking a convenient and comfortable stay during their Mahakal darshan.This hotel is my permanent choice. Thank you for your service!
