NillI had been there for a wedding... It's actually only made for destination wedding.. Small rooms, food was delicious but the class was poor. Constructed for a wedding location only. One very bad we had. There is No Toilet besides in room.. If any guest wants to use washroom he or she has to beg for keys of a room to someone... Absolutely unpredictable

NillWe had gone for a family dinner and the Makhani Shots were awesome. It's a must have dish here. The property gave a Royal Rajasthan feel. With location of Lonavala it could be great venue for weddings!!

NillI had a disappointing experience at this property. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor due to dampness, and the overall maintenance was very poor. There were visible cracks all over the place, and no music or entertainment was provided near the swimming pool. The lack of other activities left us with little to do. For the price of ₹6500 Saturday night, I expected much more. There were no gardens or lawns, and the surroundings offered nothing scenic beyond the property. After taking a few photos, there was nothing left to do for the rest of the day. The balcony's plastic furniture was extremely old and worn out. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel, not even for a day."

Nill1. The building materials are not maintained and have cracks in almost all the facades. 2. In monsoon the flooring tiles that is almost everywhere in the hotel premises goes extremely slippery, no carpets or safety materials used on staircases to prevent from accidents. 3. People keeping leftover foods outside of door gets spilled over in rain water and you can see noodles rice and gravy on the stairs. 4. The room stinks extremely and when asked for room spray they spray some liquid water with no effect, I had to take my own room spray to get a living environment inside room. 5. The mattress and the blankets are with stains, we asked the room service to change it and they came with few bed sheets and blanket covers all with stains from almost decade it seems. 6. Whenever you call for room service or to order anything to the reception they will say we will look into it or inform the staff but they do not bother to do anything unless you ring them few times. 7. They say to dial number 5 for room service or restaurant but that number doesn’t work and when you call the reception they act annoyed and keep telling to call on number 5. 8. The area almost seems like an haunted zone in night with no street lights and abandoned bungalows with full grown grasses in lawns. 9. They don’t have any room slippers or laundry bags system, when asked they were surprised and for laundry bags they were offering some garbage bags (however after explaining they provided the laundry bags with stains). 10. They don’t have toothbrush or toothpaste in the room unless asked for it. 11. Extremely clumsy parking space and parking area full of garbage bags.

NillWe had a bad experience as.it was peak season that's Diwali.Their renovation work was going of Lobby .Firstly they didn't even inform prior during booking about renovation & hd specifically mentioned NRI guest wt health issues so not courteous to inform..4 days before calling up saying we hv renovation work going on and now last moment couldn't get booking as mostly good hotels were completely full.Secondly the owner, Sanchit Kedia was very rude & arrogant as without knowing anything just blamed & above all staff Ashwini who sits on the counter informing wrong things which wasn't even said. Apart Check in time is 2pm but incase if we reach a bit early expected to sit near the pool side during noon which was really disaster as in if renovating atleast some alternative needs to be there fr guests.Degrading quality& never can be ever recommended. The owner is highly unethical in conversation.

NillHotel Gautam is situated very close to bus stop and train station. It is pure veg and "The munchbox" restaurant food is delicious. I loved the aesthetics of the place. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

NillWe had a we a very bad experience with the room . There were flies some different types of insects and not at all hygiene at all. They didn’t had fist-aid box at the reception counter. So before booking think twice ,would you like to stay at such place by paying such a huge price.

NillThe rooms are so under maintenance and not clean. The is water seepage in the walls.. fungal deposits in bathroom and window sliders. The rooms are not at all worth the price. The property is scenic but the room quality spoils all the charm. The furniture and bedding was dusty and bathroom was also very unclean.
