Rangoli Retreat

Not Recommended......... I have booked 1 AC room for couple sharing at 2800 Rs. and my experience is very bad. 1)No toiletries in bathroom also toilet was leaked . 2) hotel in under construction but not informed while booking. 3) Dead TV is in room, AC remotes is not in room. 4) At night 5-6 times power cut in hotel for the 10 mins. Total blackout in hotel. 5)Bathroom taps are leaked. 6) hot water supplied after calling to reception. 7) food is like average. Tip- Outside restrestaurants are better to enjoy the food. 8) even Dustbin is not provided in room and bathroom. While check out i have told this all things at the reception. The reply was "ok". Strongly not Recommended.

It's great experience , as per budget worth it. Food is too delicious, room is ok clean. Staff and owner is too friendly behavior. Swimming pool is also clean. DJ is great👍 must recommend.

This hotel is under renovation and is not at all good for booking right now. Location is definitely good when they are done with renovation. Due to renovation, there are lot of insects in the mess area. Don't book hotels in Matheran online, go there see and book. You'll have plenty of hotels in the row.

Worst hotel in Matheran. Do not book this hotel online or through shops at Neral; we made this mistake. Recently, we stayed at Rangoli Retreat Resort and we had a very bad experience. The room was small and not properly cleaned. The bed, bedsheet, and pillow smelled very bad. The food was average. The TV and geyser were not working. The swimming pool was neither clean nor hygienic but provide 1-star hotel facilities. Even the cottages in Matheran are better than this hotel. This hotel has everything a traveler would not want in their stay. I suggest choosing other, better options in Matheran.

Worst hotel in Matheran. Do not book this hotel online or from shops at Neral we made this mistake. (Both are frauds) Recently we stayed at Rangoli Retreat Resort in the month of August 2024, we had a very bad experience. The behavior of the owner and staff was very rude. Room is small and not properly clean. The bed, bedsheet and pillow smells very bad. Food is average. TV and Geyser are not in working condition. The swimming pool is not clean and hygenic. They charge 4000-5000 per night stay of delux non ac room but provide 1 star hotel facilities. Even the cottages in Matheran are more batter than this hotel. This hotel has everything that traveler would not want in their travel. I suggest to go with other better options in Matheran. Book hotel or resort in an advanced on call. (not online or through agent.)

Worst experience, least bother to maintain hygiene swimming pool was not clean , Rooms are not clean torn bed sheets not even washed properly since long , cockroaches roaming all Orotund the room & wash room horrible experience. Food quality Is not good no taste at all I had stomach upset Issue after eating food. Not worth at all We paid 4300 for Delux AC room but not happy at all. This is located opposite to station that’s the only one benefit nothing else. Office is near Neral station only and this people easily make you fool showing good photos of property but plz don’t trust them first see condition of hotel & then think.

Amazing view but room was not proper clean. Food package was good like breakfast, lunch and dinner vd good menu.n best thing is just opposite of matheran railway station.

Worst hotel ever rooms are 3rd class rough bed and to much smelly pillows no towel no shampoo rooms are dirty only food service are good and staff so humble other than so cheap hotel
