Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai

I booked Taj Mahal Towers for my aunt's anniversary, and I can't thank the team enough for making it such a special occasion. Every detail was taken care of with incredible attention and care.||A special mention goes to Abeer, whose exceptional service stood out. She was consistently in touch with us throughout the planning, offering warmth, attentiveness, and genuine concern for making this celebration perfect. She truly made a difference, and I deeply appreciate her dedication.||The chefs and the F&B team deserve heartfelt thanks as well. Their thoughtful approach to my aunt’s food preferences and their willingness to create custom dishes outside the menu was a nice touch. ||Exceptional hotel and incredible staff. Thanks to the entire hotel staff. Highly recommend Taj Mahal Towers.

Staying at the property is an experience in itself, since the Tower and Palace are interconnected. Palace has its own legacy of 120 years, and so does Towers of over 50 years. Mr. Mayank Sood, the Duty manager was extremely warm and welcoming on our arrival, and we became instant friends. he managed one of our two rooms for late check out since our departure plans were later in the day. Mr Samir Barot guided us to Souk, instead of Shamiana, for amazing views with breakffast. Chef Farook in the morning breakfast at the souk helped us with Pure Jain dishes not present in the spread, and also provided us with my 2.5 yr daughters meals. Yogesh at the poolside supported us with the necessary arrangements, and Mr Prabhakar Ji took us around the Palace with his Heritage Walk. This walk is highly recommended for each one staying in this property. All this put together made our stay immemorable. THANK YOU, TAJ!

I travelled around the world, and this was one of the best experiences that I had in the Taj Mahal. The hotel was extremely clean, which was totally beyond my expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Various food options within the hotel to satisfy different tastes.

The frontdesk team very helpful and very nice to accomodate our request when we want to change Taj Tower to Taj Palace hotel. We like the ambient of the hotel , the breakfast is variety and Rawa Tosai is sooooo good. |Most of the staff is well trained and please all the customer. i would like 5 star for the effort and smile from them.

Have stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel on many occasions and it only draws you in more and more. The hotel, be it the Palace or the Tower are luxurious. Above all else the staff are so engaging, friendly and attentive nothing is too much for them to ensure you experience nothing but the best. The restaurants are amazing and standard of cuisine is second to none. What's makes you stay even more memorable is the fact that the hotel is located in the grandeur of historic Bombay, you can roam and imagine the bygone days. I want to say a big thank you to Himani from the main lobby reception what a lovely kind thoughtful person - just beautiful. We will return next March for my partner's 70th and can't thank enough Abhishek Verma for his tremendous efforts assisting us with the arrangements and welcoming 10 friends from Australia and Europe for the occasion. Thank you Taj Mahal Palace/Tower Hotel we miss you !

What an amazing place. It's a little more expensive, but booking a room with Gateway view is a must. Waking up each morning to this amazing view is priceless.||Location is perfect for seeing the sites. I would highly recommend a tour of Dharavi on your way from airport. It's a mind blowing place and made us appreciate how lucky way are to stay at the Taj Mahal Tower.||I'd recommend rounding a night out in crazy Mombai with visiting the bar in the Taj Palace. Perfectly made cocktails in a beautiful chilled environment.||Thanks to all at the Tower for making life time memories for the Costello's. Special thank you to Jezreel for going that extra mile 😃

Absolutely loved exploring it and reading the history behind it|• great food- especially breakfast |• service very slow in particular at the restaurants |• attention to detail non existent |• rooms are nothing special (not value for money)|• nothing grand or exceptionally special in comparison to other 5* hotels in Mumbai and across the globe|• stayed in other 5* hotels in Mumbai which are definitely worth staying in over the Taj in terms of value for money.|• only thing that is worth doing is going around the beautiful historic building

Overall a great experience and special mention for Mr Raju (Shamiana) and Mr. Rushik (reception desk)... alongwith the reservations team (Kasturi, Yash)... Made it all the more enjoyable for us!||There are things which can still be better and that is actually the best part..which helps the learning curve going for growth and prosperity...||Thanks!
