This hotel was absolutely disgusting and not to mention totally unsafe. My windows were missing panes and led out on the the fire escape so literally anyone would have been able to get into my window (???). My sheets had stains and hair ALL OVER. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom and all over the sink. They refused to give me a refund after I explained the issues with the room and my dissatisfaction after not even one night of staying there. Would not wish a stay in this hotel upon my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.

I cannot express how utterly appalled I am after my stay at this hotel. This place is a complete disaster and should be shut down immediately! 1. Filthy Conditions: From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted with absolute disgust. Stains all over the sheets? Check. Random hairs everywhere? Check. It’s like they haven’t cleaned the room in ages! How can any hotel think this is acceptable? It’s beyond comprehension! 2. Safety Nightmare: And let’s talk about the window with NO GLASS! Are you kidding me? This is not just a minor inconvenience; it’s a blatant safety hazard! I felt more vulnerable than safe, and it made my entire stay unbearable. 3. Mold Infestation: The bathroom was a breeding ground for mold, which is not only disgusting but also dangerous to health. It’s clear that this hotel has zero standards for cleanliness or guest safety. What are they thinking? 4. Management is a Joke: When I finally had enough and went to confront management about these appalling conditions, their response was infuriatingly dismissive. They refused to give me a refund or any form of compensation for the nightmare I endured! This level of customer service is beyond unacceptable—it’s downright insulting!

On arrival and during the check-in, they just gave two towels and one for bath and another for doormat at bathroom, that's all! 1. They never served water and never even kept a water glass in the room. One day I returned to hotel at about 11 pm and asked for water, they refused to give and for 20 rupees water bottle they charged 30/- 2. No kitchen no breakfast no laundry no soap or shampoo no hot water no room service no hangers no locker tv exists but no remote 3. Plenty of cockroaches, they crawl on your face immediately after you fall asleep. 4. They gave 9x9 (approximately) room and they charged for deluxe room,no space to keep suitcase and to getup from the bed and walk around. 5. They refused to take card or UPI payment, only cash. 6. Dust is available abundantly 7. They dragged our suitcases for 3 stairs and one suitcase was broken. 8. Difficult to sleep at night as there is lot of quarrel or loud voices around the rooms and at reception. 10. Male receptionist and other boys were very rude and arrogant 11. They charged for all days, even though checked out one day in advance. 12. You cannot use phone or at least receive SMS as there is no signal in the room 13. They have very weak and unsecured wifi 14. No info was available on tourism

Pathetic condition of rooms with dirty stain marks all over and they expect you to stay in that. Room stinks with zero ventilation and have bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. Place has gutka marks everywhere. Not at all safe for family. Reviews on google Or other platform are all bought reviews and TOTAL SCAM HOTEL. ALL HOTELS IN THAT BUILDING ARE SIMILAR. we booked for 3 days but could not even stay for 1 day. Total waste of money.

The location of this hotel is just a few metres away from Gateway. Rooms are just big enough for a double size bed, luckily you have an attached washroom. Good enough to stay a day or two.

Rooms is nice. Rates shown on menu is different and the amount taken is different I. e on menu chicken masala biryani rate is 195 And I order for 2 people The bill came for Rs. 500 so I asked the server why rate is so much as the rate is 195 so the rate should be rs. 390. Ridiculous service

A disgrace, to be avoided, it's clearly not a hotel, it's a hotel where gentlemen receive escorts, we witnessed them coming and going all night long, the noise. Filthy, dirty, unwashed beds. Room keys can open all rooms, so zero security. No refund possible, we did not finish our stay at this hotel! How is this type of hotel still on booking? Please note that these are only fake comments
