NillThe room is reasonably priced and is a good location but apart from that the whole place is very disappointing. The stair access to the hotel is extremely dirty, the staff on reception are so unwelcoming, unhelpful and not very friendly to foreigners. Next doors fan was making so much noise we couldn't sleep, when I asked reception to help they simply laughed and stayed sat down - I had to ask twice to get them to turn the fan off. The staff were all also talking very loudly until late at night. We also couldn't pay card and had to pay cash- not acceptable for a hotel. We gave feedback to the man at reception but he didn't seem to care one bit not even an apology!! I don't recommend this to any foreigner visiting unless all you need is a cheap place to stay.

NillHere are the issues I encountered during my stay: 1) Entrance: The entrance to the hotel is narrow and unappealing. 2) No Lift: There was no lift available, making accessibility challenging. 3) Air Conditioner Issues: The air conditioner in my initially assigned room was not working. I was moved to another room, which had a smaller carpet and limited space. 4) Limited Breakfast Options: The breakfast options were extremely limited, consisting only of bread, omelets, and poha. 5) Pests in Room: I encountered mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room, making my stay uncomfortable. 6) Uncomfortable Linen: The linens provided were not soft and comfortable. 7) Mattress Discomfort: The mattress in my new room was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Overall, my experience has left me regretting my choice to book with Fab Hotels

NillUnfortunately it was very bad experience. I don't recommend it to anyone. The photos on booking are fakes. It is not like a normal hotel as I thought 😔. It's a building and at the last level you will find a place named 'hotel' The inside smell was undescribable and the room was dirty, the old furniture was moldy and full of moisture. The same was in the bathroom. I can 't fail to mention the cockroaches that were everywhere. Till the last level, on the stairs is full with garbage. If you are not used to this kind of environment and you are not strong enough, you might not even get to the hotel. You can throw up everything in your stomach instantly. I never thought that somewhere in this world there is a place like this and function as a "hotel"

NillIf you enjoy damp, fungus-covered walls and ceilings, cockroach-infested rooms, and no water supply, then this third-rate hotel is perfect for you. No fire exits, cramped spaces, no elevator—everything necessary to turn a property into a human disaster is right here. Book your stay today!

NillStayed there 13/16 Oct 24.lift starts on 3rd floor. 4 flights of stairs to reach lift. A no no hotel for seniors. Access is very untidy. Charged for breakfast but didn't deliver. Not recommended for foreign visitors. Should be removed from Booking.com site.

NillThe Hotel is on one of the prime location of Colaba. I stayed for a night, so I will write positives as well as negatives based on my experience. So firstly Positives: - Good Location, the staff was extremely helpful and supportive. Now The Negatives:- There were two significant issues: 1. THE FIRST ONE......The absence of a lift, despite the hotel being on the 3rd floor. Prepare to haul your luggage up to the 2nd floor, where you'll finally find a lift to the 3rd floor (seriously!). 2. THE SECOND ISSUE......The beds were extremely uncomfortable (you know spring loaded cushion support), but the true horror lay in the state of the pillows and blankets. Despite having clean covers, they were riddled with fungus and other unspeakable filth. I couldn't bring myself to examine the mattress after that revelation. I don't blame the staff for this. When I expressed my frustration with the blanket's condition by calling the staff at 2 AM, they did their best to assist me in that moment. Customers should expect and receive thoroughly cleaned, fungus-free bedding, or, ideally, brand new blankets and pillows. After all, the price we pay should guarantee that level of service. I trust this message will not be ignored or dismissed but will instead prompt an improvement in standards.

NillLocated very next to radio club and close to Taj hotel and gateway of India. Great food options nearby. Rooms are small but decent. Service is good d as well. Only flipside is, it's in 3rd floor with no lift.

NillThe location is great but the hotel smells awful and there's so much filth on the stairs. The rooms are tiny and full of moisture. The smell inside is disgusting.
