Hotel Shabnam

We were asked to use 1 room with 5 adults yet we booked 2 rooms. Aparently they over booked or something. Hotel is clean but very smelly at the outside because of poultry. Not very appealing at the entrance at all. Staff was very rude in the day shift. We asked to weigh our bags and 2 guys demanded money from us for weighing our bags yet I told them I would give them after they done all our bags. He responded saying oh it's easy just put your hand in your pocket and give it. I was upset and complained to reception but nothing was done really. Thank god I only spent a night here! Never again!

v had online booking with other hotel shabana...bt d taxiwala by mistake took us to hotel shabnam...v saw shabnam bt came to know it z nt wt v booked...v went to hotel shabana n felt it as nt safe.....afterwards v arrived back to shabnam hotel...d experience was gud... no complimentary breakfast ...bt v were more concerned abt safety ...d response of uncle was gud ...v arrived der on ramzan...was al gud

Near Indian gate 10 minutes Air conditioning Elevator 3000 ropes price for two person 2 star The room is almost clean No breakfast and restaurants Only some boiling water available
