Pathetic rooms. Not worth the price. The Superior room looks like a shady 3rd grade hotel. Don’t trust the photos online/hotel website. There are a few hotels nearby which would be better. Staff is helpful except for reception staff. Location is excellent. Everything in Colaba is walking distance. Should be priced around 1000/2000 Rs per night, not more than that. Never paid 6-7k per night and stayed in a slum like room. Check the picture below.

Hotel location is very good. Gate of India at walkable distance. Crawford Market, Haji Ali, Nehru Park, CST within proximity and have good connectivity by AC bus Rooms are big enough, clean and hygiene. Breakfast taste is worse ever and very limited items are availble. Quite expensive room charges.

A four star hotel is actually below three stars. The area is good, but the hotel itself is very bad. Old room with old things. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at this price. Breakfast is just for satiety. No quality. Very friendly staff.

At one of the most iconic places in Mumbai at Colaba, just behind Hotel Taj. It's a very old but we'll maintained hotel. Rooms are decent. If u wish to be around Colaba, Nariman Point this hotel can be a good choice. You can hang out till late in the night around the hotel with numerous restaurants, pubs, bars, food joints.

Location is excellent. Rooms need some maintenance but overall nice. Service is excellent. Have been there couple of times, never disappointed. Breakfast spread is nice as well as in-house restaurant.

We booked a suite room and the view was lovely. The staff was polite and cordial. Complimentary breakfast decent options. They make very good milk tea. Hotel is only on a minutes' walk from Gateway of India. All in all a good place to stay in Colaba. Room tarrif is high but the location explains for the same.
