Hotel Abad Inn

NOT RECOMMENDABLE. We booked 2 nights in this hotel, just one night was enough for us to realize the type of customers who frequent this place. Very poorly signposted and after climbing the dilapidated stairs of the building, we discover our room. Pleasantly surprised at first glance, we quickly realize the deception: dirty sheets, suspicious stains on the walls, unpleasant smell... After taking 3 hours to provide us with a towel and after feeling an unhealthy atmosphere, some of us decide to leave. For those who stayed, the highlight of the show was, when around midnight, returning to our rooms, we discovered that sex workers were offering services in the room opposite ours and that we heard the dancing of clients all night long. enter and leave the room. All this obviously cannot happen without those responsible being aware.

Please do not believe the 5 Star reviews because they have to be fake or these people are going from one unhygienic place to another. This hotel is cheap because of a reason and only positive is the location. Stayed here for one night and my experience was terrible. Hotel located up dirty steps on the 3rd floor so difficult with suitcase and you don't get help. The very small rooms smell as they do not have windows and when you leave the door open mosquitoes and insects get in. Could not have a shower because the toilet was dirty and unhygienic and left the light on all day to stop getting bitten. I cancelled the rest of my booking and paid a little more for a better hotel because I didn't want to fall sick and spoil my holiday. I'm sorry but I have tell the truth and review to warn others like myself because the pictures are misleading.

It's important for customers to recognize that the hotel is situated in the heart of Mumbai and offers competitive rates compared to other nearby staycation options. I stayed here for two nights and am content with the amenities provided. The staff members were consistently friendly and dynamic, available 24/7. However, the food quality was average.

I recently stayed at a hotel abad inn Mumbai Colaba near the Gateway of India, and the location was incredibly convenient, especially for the price. It's within walking distance of the Taj Hotel and the Gateway of India. However, finding the hotel was a bit challenging, and there are about 90 wooden steps to reach the hotel, with another 8 to reach the rooms. Despite this, the rooms were nice, although the AC wasn't cooling properly. The staff were very cooperative and accommodated our request for a room change. While the phone signal was weak, the hotel had reliable WiFi. Although the toilet ceiling was a bit broken, the overall safety was satisfactory compared to other hotels. The hotel's 24-hour availability allowed for late-night walks to the Gateway and Taj Hotel, and the nearby Colaba market offered convenient shopping options. There are also numerous restaurants nearby, and ordering through apps like Zomato or Swiggy is an option. Additionally, cabs are readily available nearby, and Churchgate Station and Marine Lines are within walking distance or a short cab ride away.

Good people. Horrible place. Don't be fooled by the pictures. It's on the 3rd floor of a horrible building. The steps of the building is literally littered with stinking garbage (there's no lift). The normal rooms are half the size shown in the picture. Bad smell all over the place.

Spent 30 minutes in the room and had to leave. The stairway up was broken and littered with rats. The room was so small looked nothing like the photos. It smelled so bad and had no window. The sheets were stained and broken and you could feel they were dirty and the tv didn’t work. I could not sleep there it was so bad.

Please don’t see the fake review and book this place. The hotel is on the third floor with no elevator. Very dirty stairs with people smoking everywhere. Very bad atmosphere. Rooms were small and congested.

staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. made it convenient to explore the city, Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
