Hotel JK Villa

I recently stayed at JK Villa in Panchgani and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the villa was not well-maintained at all. The rooms were dirty and unkempt, with stains on the bedding and an unpleasant odor throughout the property. Moreover, the amenities promised on their website were either missing or in poor condition., the Wi-Fi signal was weak and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected. Furthermore, the customer service was appalling. The staff was unresponsive to our complaints and seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. It felt like they couldn't care less about providing a satisfactory experience for their guests. Overall, I would not recommend JK Villa to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Panchgani. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience that did not live up to the expectations set by their advertis

The property shown in Airbnb and what you get is different. The guest had booked a villa and was given a mouldy room with no clean bedsheet and dirty washroom. The host said he will shift the guests to the villa which was booked originally next day. And now he is ask 10k more for the same . DON'T USE the services of this property. Your Holidays would be ruined.. Also the women folks don't feel safe here

This place is a total fraud. Please don't go by the pictures. It's actually a shady hotel with dirty rooms, linen and bathrooms. We were cheated right from the time we reached Panchgani. This place is 2.5 km away from market area, and NOT near the bus stop as shown on GoogleMaps. When complained the manager promised to shift us to another villa near the market, but after charging additional 10k. They ruined our holidays. This place is not meant for family stay at all.
