Overall the stay experience was good, as time goes the quality should be improved but there is no change, expected some refurbishment in terms of materials like beds, cots and other furniture. Very close to Baba temple 🛕 just 5mins walk. Nice restaurants in 1 min walk, Sai Amrut is very good.

Hotel staff were very rude. We checked in late by 6 pm and management asked to check out by 11 am. We were stuck in darshan and were able to check out by 12 pm. For this one hour delay They asked us to pay full charge for another day. When we tried to explain they became overly rude. Entire hotel was empty but they acted as if we made them lose money.

The Worst experience ever. Hotel staff were very rude. The rooms were dirty and could spot cockroaches on the floors. The bedsheets were extremely dirty. The hotel staff acts like they are owners and have an excuse and show attitude for everything. Made a note to tell the owner in person about this. Horrible experience!

The best part about this hotel is that it's opposite to the mandir. There are food restaurants nearby and also shopping lanes are present close to it. Transportation is convenient. Room maintenance services are food but food services to the room ain't that great. It's a good choice of hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Shirdi with my family. The staff were very polite and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it for a nice and easy stay. Did not face any challenge.

Have stayed for the 5th time here and prolly the last. The hotel is showing its age and in need of repairs. The first room they allotted to us, the flush was not working properly. They KNEW that, which I could make by how quickly they agreed to change the room. Despite telling them for past 3 years, there is nothing to hang used clothes in the room. Have to use chairs for doing that. During room cleaning, the same person who washed the washroom was about to wash the kettle without re sanitising properly until my mother pointed out. We had to wait for some time at the reception because our flight time was later than hotel checkout and the receptions internal cooling system was off and they did not have a single wall fan. They just use a ground fan cor the staff which they turned towards us on pointing out. The room bell was not working. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, and the location is very nice. But it doesn’t justify for the expensive price tag. Would look for other options next time.

For the kind of money they charge per night, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I believe it’s an old property and it’s showing up in all aspects of the room. The only good thing about this property is that it’s right opposite to the temple entrance. Except for that, there isn’t anything exceptional about this hotel.

This is my second time staying here. The first floor has reception of the hotel and rooms are fine, not very luxurious. We had some issues with water tap otherwise the rooms are spacious and the BEST part is that just opposite side is temple so you can hear aarti and temple view from here
