I saw this on the app and the price shown is not acceptable at the check in desk. They charge extra money. It was showing 599 on the app but I had to pay another 500 to get a room. I didn't have any other option as I was tired. Oyo helpdesk & customer service are totally useless they disconnect the call when you call them to inform regarding the problem. They make you pay online by giving discount and while check in the hotel charges extra without bill. If you cancel booking you don't get refund as these bookings are not refundable. Scamsters and fraudsters.

Nothing I like.I 10:00 p.m. I booked the hotel online at the price of 349 after 2 hour I visit at the hotel and I said my booking is there please give me keysnAnd they ask me what's the booking amount I just told him at 349rs. And then their laugh at me and told that he doesn't give room below 800 rs after so many discussion. He ready to give the room at 649 rupees and again we have to pay extra 300 rupees to hoteln please take some action and give my three hundred rupees back . If possible

I booked this hotel some months back. The room and bathroom was not at all clean. And the manager's behavior was so bad, how could even he use slangs to the costumers. And this was the worst hotel I have ever seen, neither they do maintain hygiene nor they know how to behave with their costumers.

Hotel manager is very waste person. Not for customer service. Hotel will charge the double amount shown by booking amount in app. Oyo is trellible worst as present then previous. It will collapse very soon by doing this kind of fraud.

The service was impressive and the staffs were very cooperative and well-mannered. I would prefer to stay there in future...😊👍👍

Property management is asking for extra amount when I went for check in. Please avoid booking in this property
