Hotel O Moonlight Premium

Horrible experience! I had to travel to Bhubaneswar for my convocation and was set to arrive late at night after a long journey. I had booked this hotel for my family through Oyo Rooms. In the morning, I called to confirm my booking and informed them that I would be arriving between 8-9 PM. Although they initially ignored my calls, they finally answered and assured me, saying, "Sir, no worries, come, we have rooms." I thought everything was sorted. However, when I arrived that night, they shamelessly demanded more money than what was listed on the app, claiming the price was incorrect. To make matters worse, the rooms were quite small. Beware of such hotels, as they won't hesitate to exploit those in need.

Great hotel rooms with all facilities – TV, AC, geyser, bathtub, cupboard, and a tea table. Spacious enough for three people. Unfortunately, no drinking water filter during my visit. The hotel is about 500m from the city bus route, but there are street stalls and stores nearby.

Worst experience ever. They charged extra 1100. They denied oyo booking and said to book from there itself. Very illiterate people and ill mannered people. I heard rough words from them and they were acting like rowdy. I was about to call at the time of checkout. When the checkout times come, they will forget that you have paid money for the room. They will become the don and will through you out from the hotel. Never ever go to their hotel. There are many good hotel in bhubaneswar, I suggest you to look those rather then this nonsense people's hotel.

PLZ NEVER PREFER THIS STAY. Really very worst experience. Very bad service with an uncultured and uncivilized manager. The manager is very clever and knows very tricky way to trouble customer and take extra money.Very bad behaviour with dirty bedsheet and pillowcover and room. In ac rooms ac are not working properly and cleaverly they switch off the ac from mains and complain for powercut. No food service. Oyo should remove and sue this property...

Hotel Manager asked for more price while check in and when I asked why he said we charge it here go and complain against us at OYO. When I said I will write a review he was least bothered and started talking in vulgar language. Never ever visit this hotel else you will repent. No apology will repay my time and pain. They treat people in bad way and then apologize its their business. I WILL MAKE OYO RESPONSIBLE FOR SELECTING SUCH UGLY HOTELS IN ITS BRAND.

Room is ok but then person in counter is very clever. He will say that rooms are not available and you have to pay 1200 for a room, though all rooms will be vacant as you can see locks in every room. Cleverly they will charge extra double money as much you have booked thru oyo app. Not at all recommended.
