Worst service ever I experienced. Arrogant staff, no idea how to treat with customer. It seems like there is no management at all. In restaurant they even don't give glass without asking 3 to 4 times. Third quality food (I ate north Indian). Restaurant staff ask you to come on their desk to sign the bill. Rooms are with good size with no working TV. In my 3 days stay TV did not work even for a moment. Everyday you have to ask for mandatory water in room.

This place has a really friendly environment. The hosts are flexible and affirmative to our needs .best place to spend time here for short period. I just love this place, it has a mini fridge, dominos in ground floor ,they allow pizza in the room. The rooms are clean and they have hot water supply. it is located near railway station(backside). BEST PLACE!

Not so bad. This hotel has taken early morning check in charges of Rs 199/- without any voucher. As per reception counter early morning charges is 30 percent of the Total charges. Other services are good

I was denied checkin. I booked it via oyo app and paid the full amount in advance but i was said there was no tieup with oyo and was asked to cancel. It was a big hassle after traveling for long hours and getting denied at checkin indeed very bad experience. Why would they show at oyo if it has no tie-up just to get harassed?

Hotel was good, very from Bhubaneshwar railway station. Rooms are also big enough, but house keeping is not good. Rooms were filled with cockroaches and lizards. I have asked house keeping dept to clean it properly, but everytime when I came back from my office I have found one in my room. Plus everyday they used to forget about something, like one day they forget to keep water bottle, oneday forget to keep fresh towel, like this. Rooms also need to be renovated, lights were dim and blankets were smells old. But the kitchen is good. Food quality is also good. Trstaurent staffs are very good in service and polite too. Only thing about kitchen to improve is the breakfast, that's need to improved. Reception staffs are also very good and provided good assistance. To end it I can say it is a good to stay hotel for office trips in last hour when you could not get any other option. But will suggest for leisure.

This is the worst hotel of Bhubneshwar. After I have done confirm booking from Make my trip, they denied the booking because they got booking at higher rate. I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel. Hotel staffs are so arrogant that they know how to talk with customers. They can cheat you easily. There is no staff to carry your luggage. You will have to carry your own luggage.

Didn't ensure the hotel rooms are available or not, directly u ppl confirm and then u people are not even ensure that the customer is whether stayed or not. I was not even reached to hotel and before reaching the hotel i called to customer care the response is ruthless and saying no rooms are available and u have to stay 4kms away from the booked hotel Worst experience ever. I hate Oyo.

Better home state for better price. Peaceful atmosphere and nice surroundings. Good conditioned room. Breakfast was very tasty. That's it. And overall good service and room boys are nice
