Hotel Upendra

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was extremely disappointed with both the room and the service. First, the room was in terrible condition—stains on the carpet, outdated furniture, and a musty odor that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the shower and a barely functioning faucet. To make matters worse, the bed was uncomfortable, with lumpy pillows and thin, scratchy sheets. As for the service, it was shockingly bad. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I complained about the issues in my room, they showed no sense of urgency and acted like I was an inconvenience. Housekeeping was inconsistent; my room wasn't cleaned properly, and they frequently missed restocking basic supplies like towels and toiletries. Overall, my experience was frustrating and not at all what I expected from this hotel. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Hotel is too small. There is not enough space. Bike parking is available and room price is decent. Starting from 300/-
