The service and room are very bad and also the hotel staff are not good.

Pathetic room,staff,service... experienced worst service at the price what they charged...cleaning person was not cleaning the rooms if not said...not recommended at all. Not good for family and couples. You will get way better hotels than this at this price. The only advantage is that it is near the beach but that is also not this hotel's speciality.

Pros : Rooms are Clean and Good, Sea view rooms are really nice. Cons: Worst Room Service. No room services are provided to guest post room booking your repeated request for service will go in vein. If you can do every thing by your self then the hotel is good for stay, otherwise if you depend on hotel for service then find another hotel because you will re grate on choosing this hotel.

Room is good you can book sea view rooms 301 and 302, they share common balcony.

pro's 1. very near to beach 2. decent enough room for two cons's 1. no cctv coverage( theft prone hotel, i lost my t-shirt, put to dry just outside the room) 2. arrogant behaviour of the staff. 3. no tv,no wifi 4. not even a glass to drink water 5. no provision of mineral water. drinking ro water provided is so horrible in taste.

Rooms are good and affordable prices. On the see shore , 50 meters walkable to beach. Owner/ staff are cooperative.
