Sri Guru Angad Dev Ji Yatri Niwas

I wish there was zero star option. I won't even think about staying at Sarai managed by SGPC. I arrived very late at night and stayed at this place. It was horrible experience; the rooms were smelly, washroom was so dirty that I didn't use it. Even after paying here I would gone to a different place but my 85 year old mother was too exhausted to move anymore so we stayed. The booking clerk at the main booking office wasn't even willing to listen. No concept of guest service, I was visiting from Canada, if could talk to the clerk perhaps I would have gotten NRI niwas assuming it to be better than this place. The only positive aspect was that it is near shri Darbar Sahib and I needed the room for only 3 to 4 hours.

I would recommend for those people whom like to get bites of bed bugs .... Each and every room every where full of bugs 🪲

Very bad experience no safety very rude sewadar, we were all ladies and no one was listening to our issues regarding the stay, no water to drink. The pictures uploaded are totally opposite of what the saraya looked like. The room was not even clean and the bedsheets were not clean at all. AC rooms cost 700/- but the temperature was under the control of sewadar, unbearable heat.

Horrible experience, very unclean rooms and bedsheet. Ac rooms didn't work properly please don't stay in this Saraya it's really bad and the sewadar on duty is soo rude he didn't listen to our problem at all

Horrible experience of my life. The place was so uncleaned. To start with they charged ₹500 per day which was okay. However, the rooms were filled with damp, bathrooms doesn't have a wash basin, bed sheet was torn, pillow covers were uncleaned. I believe they never wash their blankets, bedsheets, and pillow covers. There was no water in morning, we complained but no resolution was available with them. They gave us a key of used room which was so uncleaned. I would not suggest Guru Angad Dev Niwas to anyone, specially if you are coming with your family. Zero Star from my side.

No maintenance nor sewa, uncleaned rooms and ambiance. Very bad experience.
