Hotel The Savode Amritsar

Excellent place to stay at Amritsar. The rooms are very clean. The service is also very good. Very polite staff and manager. Best part is the place is situated at a walking distance of 10 minutes from the Golden Temple 🕌. Also it has a great cafe which serves amazing grilled sandwich and cappuccino. Thank you Hotel the Savode Amritsar for making our stay at Amritsar so memorable.

Great hotel. Very accommodating to guests needs. Staff were absolutely excellent - Travelled with 2 children under 2 years old and the hotel staff were always helpful and considerate. Food was great, didn't have to worry about any meals. Location is also good, and rickshaws were always available. Room rates were also reasonable.

It's always quite tricky to find a decent hotel due to too many fake reviews. I stumbled upon Savode after digging through multiple threads of discussions online on Reddit etc. And Savode did not let us down at all. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. Brilliant location. 10mins walk to Golden temple/Jallianwala bagh/Partition museum. 15mins walk to shopping areas. 10mins away from Railway station. Great ambience. Lovely interior decor. Staff absolutely outstanding. Very humble and hospitable and always at hand to help. Great food. We were 2 families and elderly people and had our dinners there and it exceeded our expectations. Even the elders loved their food. Breakfast was freshly prepared to our taste. Rooms were decently sized and comfortable too. Mattress was on the softer end, could be a bit harder. On the whole, Savode was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Savode and would surely stay here on our next visit.

Great hotel near Golden Temple. Very neat and clean ambiance, the staff was also very friendly and polite. The food at the cafe- Cafe Deliche was lovely too. Highly recommended. Best hotel nearby areas and 2 mins walk to Golden Temple.

Fantastic location as walking distance to Golden Temple. good rooms. Bathroom is squeezed but manageable for short stays.

We have taken one room in THE SAVODE HOTEL Amritsar and extended our stay for one more day and informed them we will be checking out at 4 AM. I just checked out today. And they have wrongly charged us for room with breakfast and didn't give us any bill also. And when I called them from airport that you have taken extra money from us. Reception person told me dusara banda tha main usse confirm kar k aapko batata hu and he didn't call me. Aur jab at 2 pm i called him he is arguing with me because they don't want to return the extra amount. Don't book this hotel at all.👎👎 To take some extra money they have done very wrong thing😡😡 Reception person is not good at all don't trust him. 👎👎

Good hotel. The rooms are too small with almost no ventilation. No windows. No views. But location is good and nearby to Golden Temple and HopOn HopOff bus stop for bus to Attari border.

Great hotel located around 1 km from the golden temple. You can easily get an e-rickshaw or sharing auto till the area vehicles are allowed. The breakfast tastes good with options like poore chole, parantha curd, sandwich, vermicelli, tea coffee and juice. Parantha is also like home parantha and not like the famous amritsari kulcha. They also have a restaurant downstairs which offers Italian, Chinese, burgers, etc. The rooms are well maintained and have toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, comb, dental kit. AC is controlled centrally so contact the reception in case you want it off. Basic hotel but for reasonably good maintainable in amritsar and location close to golden temple or is recommended.
