I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I must commend Vishal, the host and manager, for his exceptional hospitality. Despite our late arrival past the kitchen timing, he went out of his way to arrange food for us, which we truly appreciated. Vishal is a highly professional and polite individual, clearly a trained hotelier with excellent customer service skills. His efforts made our experience memorable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and great service!

Had a great experience staying at Hotel Pinaz Royale. Staff was very cooperative and professional. Parking was safe.Distance to golden temple was approximately 2-3 kms. Budget friendly hotel. So overall nice experience.

Very good budget hotel. Rooms were clean and decent. Staff was very prompt with any kind of assistance. Hotel let us check in way early. Bang on value-for- money.

The room was spacious for family, good staff. Mr Vishal was very helpful. Their inhouse food was good. The hotel is on the main road. It is around 3 kms from The Golden Temple, you can get e-autos very easily. Overall a decent stay. They arrange vehicles too on request for going around, etc.

The rooms are spacious and very neat. The staff is very cooperative and polite. Even the food served was very nice. The location is perfect. Golden temple is situated quite near as is the railway station and the bus station. You can get local transport easily from outside the hotel too. They provide taxi services to Wagah also.
