Excellent food but the service is pathetic have to wait for 1 hour for dinner as the whole restaurant was occupied by some travel agents and were busy with their customers have to ask the management there nearly 20 times and finally the place was arranged. Ordered milk for my kid it took 30 minutes to deliver just a glass of milk by the time milk arrived the kid had a sleep I would recommend to book the hotel but never ever use their restaurant

I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at Hotel Levelup. The personnel welcomed me with warm smiles and perfect professionalism. The rooms were spotless and chic, and the amentities provided surpassed the expectations. Overall, my experience at Hotel Levelup exceeded my expectations. The impeccable service and luxurious accommodation truly sets it apart as a 5 star destination. I cannot recommend it highly enough and anticipate my next visit.

I really do not understand how this hotel has rating of 5 star, this is was our worst experience. Food was pathetic, there was a power issue the whole night and they did not even give us our meal which was pre booked. In the name of super deluxe room they gave us a very compact room. I would recommend not to visit this hotel.
