If I can give them rating in - then I'm much happier because the lady who is their on the receptionist is worst with no manner in dealing with customers she should learn how to behave with customers being in service industry rather than this we booked through a website and they denied to check in us saying that we'not booking with them anymore. Like what the hell if you are not booking with them, then why it's showing on there website. the worst experience with this hotel being a traveller I will not recommend this to anyone, because if you want to book them you need to pay them moreee with is not expected for those rooms which is not even good.

Only good thing about this property is the location, otherwise my experience was worse with this property, Rooms were different from what was shown on the internet, cleanliness was not upto mark, they provided us dirty quilt. The worst part is that property owner have the access to turn on and off the air conditioner, they turn AC off at regular intervals in between without prior consent of the guests in the room. Overall its not the worth amount you spend on booking room in this hotel.

worst experience ever.firstly staff should be in manners .a lady was seating in sofa dealing unprofessionally. no sense how to talk with coustmers ,misguided about facilities.when i complaint about this issue to oyo then property owner telling them lie .i stay there approximately 15-20 min he said i was there from 1 hour so he can’t refund .in guru ki nagri full with these kinds of thugs. i highly suggest please don’t trapped these kinds of hotel othrwise you will be harassed

bad experience with oyo today at Amritsar. I felt so insulted and humiliated. It was terrible moment, i have booked hotel capital O 69624 Hotel Moments Inn, Amritsar. I paid booking amount online to oyo but hotel refused to check in, their behavior is very rude and unpleasant. Not recommend, very stupid receptionist and owner. They have no moral sense how to talk to a customer. Don’t book in advance they denied for your advance amount nd demanding for extra amount wen u chekinn

Worst hotel experience in my entire life. Rooms are super dirty. Food is third class. Returned the whole dinner after couple of bites. Me and my wife literally vomited after having only some bites. Chicken Afghani and chicken kadhai were like raw meat pieces, when i raised complaint the receptionist said "Nobody is having any problem with food why only you". Don't book your room here only because of the vicinity to Golden temple. This hotel is pitty. Why there isn't an option for Minus star rating.

If I would have given zero rating I had given. We talked to them and confirmed the booking he also get the luggages unloaded but after that they refused to take the booking. please don't book this hotel ever.
