NillGood morning Friends 🧑🤝🧑👭 I stayed in this hotel for 5 days.location wise it is near to Sindhi camp bus terminals at 300 meters and round about 2.5 km from Jaipur railway station 🚂 . This hotel is cheaper than other hotels Near by as per their maintenance and services. They have their own Kitchen. Staffs are very good and cooperative. This is my first stay in this hotel 🏨, I am planning to visit Jaipur with my family and would be stay here only. When ever you are planning to visit Jaipur you can stay here with family and friends. NillWorst experience till date , they will charge tripple amount , not provide amenities , water shortage , wifi not working , i booked AC room but AC is triping many times , and when i talked to manager he abused me , they are fraud scammers they have setting with police too if you try to complain .

NillPathetic Service overall. Owner of the property was a Bluffmaster, shifted all blame on his employees mentioning he has three properties and he seldom visits to check hotel condition. I had informed hotel authority about my checking time. on arrival, three pathetic rooms were provided. None had hot water facility and then we were told hot water time is in morning. today morning again there was no hot water and later they said the bathrooms didn't have hit water facility. exhaust fans were there in two, and in one it didn't work. broken glasses. ordered one plate of dinner for mother as she is a Sr citizen, that was delivered after one and half hours and that too a cold stale one. morning breakfast was served only three plates stating it was 6. there was only one option in breakfast, parathas. each plate had two parathas but we were served only 6 stating each plate consisted only one paratha. big lie. when I called up the manager then he got us 3 plate more parathas. served black tea instead of black coffee. arranging hot water was a big problem for them. they opened one room where all my family had to freshen up that costed me more than 2 hours. they cited super deluxe rooms that too ones which never looked like super deluxe with so many faults. it was the most pathetic experience. I also texted Oyo assistance, no one helped me either. it is a pathetic hotel. my money and time simply was wasted. they gave better rooms to people who walked in, and deliberately did this with us, not sure why, probably we were Oyo customers. Oyo should take the cognizance of the situation and take measures to avoid such difficulty for tourists. People reading the reviews, beware and never take 301, 307 & 308 rooms. Balcony wasn't safe. when the owners were informed about the situation, they said they will not be able to do any maintenance till Jan 15. height if arrogance. my money and the new year plan in Jaipur messed up totally. I spent 2nd Jan night here.

NillI booked the room through Agoda in a cheap price I thought 🤔 they dinied to check in the room but actually they provide the room in the booking amount and the room is very good for that price....
