Hotel Indo Prime

We stayed in this place for 2 nights in mid of April, 2025. The location of the hotel is slightly interior but has good connectivity to a lot of tourist attractions nearby. Ola, local autos are a good option to travel around incase you do not have a own vehicle. The checkin process was smooth, the room was clean and spacious but had a smokey smell when opened for the 1st time, water bottles needed to be dusted before using(should have been cleaned before checking in a guest). But apart from that the room, bathroom were clean and well maintained, the staff is very cooperative in terms of anything needed within the room. Even the breakfast buffet spread was very tasty and had good number of items in it. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're staying in Jaipur and looking to stay close to palace, museum and number of good restaurants. Travel agency - They have a tie up with a travel agency that could help you with your local sight seeings, you'll have to negotiate the prices and stick to your plan on the day of travel as these drivers tend to take to places which are not worth seeing or where they get commission(like wax museums, khazana mahal etc.,) Avoid those place suggestions from this travel guys and stick to your plans

Clean room. Location is close to most of the tourist attractions. We got early check in. Which is Subject to availability. Only draw back was I needed additional bed because I booked the room for 4 people. Family room only has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. I was given an extra mattress for the 4th person. Good breakfast spread, service is slow. Overall decent stay. I booked a family suite.

Excellent hotel with great food and services. Staff is very polite, courteous, helpful and professional. Mr. Prem Prakash - General Manager is very professional and helpful and went out of way to help me. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone as it is centrally located near all shopping areas and market. Overall an excellent experience.

This is my first time visit to Jaipur. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indo Prime. The hotel was exceptionally nice, with a comfortable and welcoming ambiance. We booked like Airbnb, The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options, and the service was always prompt and efficient. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient cab service provided by the hotel, which made us exploring the Jaipur hassle-free. To anyone visiting Jaipur for first time, using their cab service is highly recommended and safe as well. The staff was courteous and ensured that we had good food and comfort throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend Indo Prime to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

I visited Jaipur for my friend's wedding and stayed in this hotel for four days. The room and location is good, but the rude behavior of couple of staffs affected my good will on this hotel. One was the cleaning staff and the other one at the reception in day time. Their attitude was like, as if I am staying at their house for free. Another incident, where my friend's brother came with few clothes for me to try and check what alteration would be required. They did not allow him to the room as per their policy, but instead said, do whatever you want in the restaurant. Though I felt insulted, I had to beg them to allow for few minutes. I literally wanted to get out of the hotel, but as it was non refundable, I had to adjust. However the night staff in reception was kind and he greets with a smile.

Had a very good stay at Hotel Indo Prime! The rooms and restaurant were both very nicely arranged and comfortable for my four day stay with family. They were accommodating of all requests, though it took quite a bit of time for requests to be fulfilled - some were never fulfilled and required reminding. It did not seem that this was a hotel problem, moreso a lack of staffing due to off-peak tourist time. They were happy to provide late checkout and store our luggage on the final day until flight time. Despite some small issues, would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others visiting Jaipur.
