Ratnawali - A Vegetarian Heritage Hotel

We are very happy with their services, cleanliness, ambiance & food. All Staff is very helpful & courteous. It is very safe for Ladies n solo travelers. They provide airport pick up n drop and sight seeing facility in reasonable Price. So highly recommend this hotel.

It was great stay. I stayed here for a night with family which included older parent and young children. Everyone was great including Jyoti ji who was at front desk to everyone else who helped us stay here comfortably. Morning breakfast was amazing!!! I can give 10 stars to that. Absolutely delicious! Also, I had a separate request due to my messy schedule but staff accommodated that as well. I would recommend this one to everyone.

Our Stay at this Hotel was a pleasant experience overall, with a few areas for improvement. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable ambiance. The amenities, including WiFi and toiletries, were adequate. However, one major issue was the room service, which was noticeably delayed. Orders took longer than expected to arrive, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Overall, the hotel offers a good stay, but addressing the delays in room service would make it even better.

One of the excellent stays I had in a long time. The place is super clean, staff is super. duper helpful and ready to help. food at the attached restaurant was something like a home cooked, which we loved. The location too made our stay amazing.

My wife stayed here with two female friends. The room was clean, the staff were helpful. The laundry service was good. The food in the restaurant was a bit salty and greasy.

It's an honour to write this review with all the sincerity. Ratnawali was a delight to stay. Located in the heart of Jaipur, travelling was easy and was good to stroll on MI road in evenings. Staff is extremely polite and gracious both at the hotel and at the attached restaurant. The gem of the place were Indu and Aseem, the owners of the place, they not only welcomed us a guest but always there for us to answer any queries and guide us. Our son, not use to hardcore Indian food, felt sick, they helped us with medications and some nice light home cooked meal for him. The place is super clean which is a big bonus from my side. The whole place gave a vibe of staying at your own home. Will recommend the place thousand times. Hope everyone enjoys their stay as we did!

The stay was really incredible. The ambience, location, and service provided by the hotel were just awesome. Really enjoyed staying here at Hotel Rafnawali and would surely suggest others coming to Jaipur to stay here and just enjoy their staycation.

Good hotel in the heart of the city. They worked hard to serve and were friendly. We felt safe and clean which is important and wanted when in India. Nice service, Breakfast, and rooms. I would recommend for both business and family visits to India.
