The staff were so polite and kind,liked their behaviour a lot. They were so helpful even if that was not their work. The rooms were clean and all the washroom section was clean .... Btw they also provide kit which is very helpful for forgetting like me ... Had a wonderful experience with them and would suggest to everyone. They also provided us travel facilities.❤️

Pathetic. Never stay here. Rooms are not in good condition. Taps leaking, ac not working, no hot water, flush not working. When I asked for hot waterin the bathroom, they handed me a heating rod. Food is very bad.Not served in time. Unhygienic. Served rice with bare hands, don't have a cutchy. Poori is like papad. Never book this hotel.

Stayed for 3-4 hours for our connecting journey to the Sam Sand Dunes. Room was not clean. Water was not available in the morning. The reception staff was helpful. Took necessary arrangements for early morning check in. Hotel near Hanuman Chouraha. The hotel has a board that mentions a free coke will be given to anyone who posts review in Google, a practice very disappointing.

Rooms moderately clean. Water was not available in the morning. They fixed that after though. Our room opened directly to the side alley. So that is a huge safety concern.
