Hope you guys trust my review because i made a mistake by not trusting the old reviews Highly rude and bad behaviour ,scam alert They will charge you high in package and provide you something else. On debating they will force you to pay. Also if you do not have trust,soon you will be the next one to post a review soon.

SPAM ALERT DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLINE I booked this hotel through agoda, hotel manager turned off his number which is given to agoda so that customer has no information what he going to face when he visits guest house. we reached the hotel, manager declined to give us room saying room rent paid online is too low. He charged me 60% more money to take offline booking. Our online booking had breakfast included, he declined to give us breakfast saying no food is being cooked there.

I was booked 03 rooms and manager was confirmed 03 rooms with room no , but on the date of check in he was not give confirmed room and shifted to another rooms,where not proper facilities. further, manager and staff behaviour is very bad. I was booked Sam Desert camp with stay and all activities, dinner through this hotel , but in the Sam Desert camp not provided properly jeep Safari, camel safari and dinner. In this packege Hotel Manager was charged extra amount and his behaviour is like a Gunda. Hotel distance from railway station is far away, where nothing restorant and food facilities available. If you order food from this hotel he will be charged five times to market price. hence I suggested don't book this hotel.

Do t believe in those fake reviews, Dont book this hotel, i would say you better book other hotels, its a warning, i would have choked him, if i wasn't with my family, the owner behaves like local gunda they dont provide proper electricity, and water supplies, Not even drinking water. you have to buy bottle. And incase you book the hotel, the owner threatens you to give 5star review. Its a warning. you better don't book this place

Those who are planning for Jaisalmer Tour, kindly do not book the hotel GJ Heritej. We have booked 2 rooms prior but we have reached at hotel at 6 am , no one opened the hotel' s lock and finally they have opened it after knocking multiple times and asked about our booking, they refused and staff of GJ Heritej was fully drunked. Service provided but not as per our expectations and expenses, which we have spend. They have booked Sam Dunes for us, but that was good. Do not book this hotel in the city. Very Bad experience.

This hotel is bad his staff is durnked over and behaviour is bad of owner and staff.and no service provide and no check in detail is registered in register and no check out . The hotel room, corridor, resepstion and waiting area is not clean🤮🤢. The staff is hide and listing talk of customer . They don't respect with there customer male and female. so don't go to this hotel “G J haritage" 🙏🙏

Fraud hotel manager. Nothing available as mention online.Also they are demanding extra money after online reservation. No geyser ,no power backup,no drinking water,far from city.location is very dirty.

I would suggest.. spend more money and stay somewhere else.. we booked this in advanve just for one night stay bcz our train reached there at night 11pm.. ideally our room was booked from morning till next morning..buy we reached there at 11pm night.. when we entered in our room.. ciggretes ashes were there in room.. bed was not set properly. We waited for 45 minutes to get room cleaned.. banda pocha maar k gya to uss used pani se aur smell aane lag gyi room me.. we asked at reception to change the pillow cover and blanket cover..they replied they used to change all this in 15 days.. and also said 500 me isse jyada kya melega.. toilet jet wasnot working.. washbasin pipe was not there .. sara pani legs me gir rha tha.. i agree 500 is not enough.. but cleanliness to milni chahiye at the time of checkin
