Hotel Maru Villa Jaisalmer

I recently stayed at Maru Villa during a family trip, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was lacking. The staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our concerns, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. The room we were given was infested with mosquitoes and insects, making it impossible to relax or sleep properly. Despite raising the issue, there was little effort from the management to address our complaints. Overall, I would not recommend Maru Villa to anyone. The poor service and unclean conditions overshadowed any potential charm the hotel might have had. There are far better options in Jaisalmer that offer genuine hospitality and a pleasant stay.

**Review of Maru Villa, Jaisalmer** I recently stayed at Maru Villa, and it was an experience I would not wish on anyone. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was shockingly poor. The staff seemed indifferent, making check-in a frustratingly slow process. The room was in dire need of maintenance, with broken fixtures and a musty smell. It felt more like a neglected hostel than a hotel. Cleanliness was also a major issue; the bathroom was not properly sanitized, and the bedding had stains. Additionally, the amenities advertised were nowhere to be found. Wi-Fi was nonexistent, and the promised breakfast was a sad affair of stale bread and lukewarm tea. When I raised my concerns, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unheard. Overall, Maru Villa was a disappointing experience that overshadowed my time in Jaisalmer. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.

Good food and good view of Jaisalmer fort|From the time we arrived and till we left the way they spoke and serviced it was just wonderfully done. When we wanted to take photos they helped by sharing good lighting

Very Very Very poor rooms.. no service at all... no one stays present at reception area... I went here with family after advance booking done.. they don't even no about any booking of us.. not provided extra mattress or blankets.. no water in washrooms.. all the rooms were filled with mosquitos... this guy just only accept booking and then finish.. please don't visit this hotel

Nice overall experience with the kids enjoying the max of their stay. The property is built on a large land giving you rooms that are large in size and had an authentic royal palace vibe. It had few recreational activities like chess and carom board always at your disposal. Also dont forget to click amazing pics.
