Location is good. Atmosphere is excellent. Rooms are very good. Bathrooms is well equipped. Staff is very helpful in nature. Service is excellent. Room is clean, open area & garden is well maintained. Dining space & foods is very tasty & hygiene. Value wise it is superior.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Saira Fort – Sarovar Portico, Jaisalmer. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a truly relaxing experience. What stood out most was the food – every meal was a delight, with excellent taste, variety, with a pinch of authentic regional flavors. Special appreciation to Chef Bhure Khan and the restaurant team – Changara Ram, Meeb Singh, and Dewa Ram – for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their dedication made dining a memorable part of the stay. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and culinary experience!

Food quality and flavour is fine and the service is valuable. Ours was a senior citizen group and everyone was satisfied and happy with the cuisine. The chief Chef Mr. Bhure Khan and the restaurant manager Mr. Chhagnaram , Mr. Deewa Ram the waiter are really a gem of the restaurant. I strongly recommend this plce for familied

This hotel is wonderful with really friendly staff who go above and beyond, particularly the restaurant staff. |The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable. |The only criticism is that there is nothing nearby as it's in the industrial part. However, the hotel makes no effort to hide that fact.

Quality of food is very high, new dishes every day by chef Bhure Khan with a good variety of vegan food. Best naan we tried in Rajastan, waiters under the guide of Chhagama Ram are very kind and ready for every requests!

Hotel stay is good, Rooms are clean and well settled. But in buffet dinner and breakfast is not much variety and not up the mark. Overall good to stay here all amenities are superb.
