I visited here with Intrepid Tours, the staff are very accommodating, kind and attentive. The rooms are very clean and large with a traditional feel that reflects the historic buildings within the fort. While the steep steps to your room might challenge some, my family found it easy. A small fee of 700rp ($10 AUD) in addition will secure you a room with much needed AC. There is no TV but it wasn’t needed as the wifi speed is fast and reliable. Overall, highly recommended.

Very nice place here in Jaisalmer Fort, we stayed here through Intrepid Tours. Rooms we're great with fans and air con, showers we're good too. Nice quiet spot. The staff we're helpful and friendly. Awesome rooftop terrace too. Highly recommend if your staying in Jaisalmer.

Magical place, it is a privilege to be able to stay in a 15 th century ford with amazing views. |Staff is very help-full and kind. |Our room had the most amazing view. At night we could see the town lights and look at life below. Guesthouse is central to most of the main attractions

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in India, great location and very helpful staff. The food was great and rooms were very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Jaisalmer especially if you want to stay in the only livable fort in India!

Pros - You will get haveli vibes in the rooms and can see entire city top view. - Rooms are neat and clean. - Staff is friendly and co-operative. - Most of the city attraction points are inside or near by the fort so you can reach there by just walk. Cons - Food is costly compared to the hotels outside the fort. - If you come by your own car then you will have to park it down side of the fort, parking cost is 50 rupees per day - From down side of the fort you can reach to the hotel by walk or you need to take auto-rikshaw(took-took). One side cost is 100 rupees. - Shopping inside the fort is costly, better to go outside.

I loved staying in this low key family style guesthouse in the old fort (Jaisalmer is apparently the only fort which is still lived in!) . Friendly staff, the room and view were great … and if you need something just ask. Had to change rooms from room 19 due to rain, and ended up with a better one!

Staff we’re very helpful and friendly|Good on the rooftop was delicious and views spectacular.|Great central location in fort|Panoramic view from my room|No air con but didn’t need it as breezes through the window were perfect.|Came with Intrepid Group and I think everyone was happy.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the centre of the Fort. The decoration of the room was beautiful and and the bed was very large and soft. The staff are all lovely their hospitality cannot be matched. The food served is also fantastic and being on the roof top means you have the most spectacular view of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for all visitors.
