Hotel Siddhartha Jaisalmer

I visit Jaisalmer regularly and this place is my nr1 choice for stay. Perfect location in the middle of beautiful fort, nice view from the rooftop terrace, home-made food from owners family, comfortable room with ac, and most importantly homely feeling. Whatever i need - good food, advice, help with laundry or just a nice friendly chat - i always find here. I feel like at home here, welcomed, safe and comfortable. 🤍

Hotel Siddharth is a very good choice to stay in Jaisalmer. Jain temple is just 50 m away and Raja Mahal is just 100 m away. I have stayed there twice. Very homely atmosphere. You never feel that you are away from your home. You can enjoy Sunrise and Sunset view from the rooftop. Uncle ji and Auntie ji are very helpful . I have enjoyed Navratri pooja prasad with them. According to your choice, uncle ji will arrange sightseeing tour also, camel ride, desert safari etc. You can enjoy fort life effortlessly. Station to hotel- distance is only 1.5 km. I love its atmosphere. Miss you Jaisalmer, my second hometown. Miss you Hotel Siddhartha.

Amazing Experience With Hotel Shiddharta and Warm Hospitality From The Owner Vinay Ji. We stayed at Maharaja Room, the view was just awesome. As "Sonar Kella" is a emotion for every bengali community, it was a great experience to stay at this hotel inside the famous Sonar Kella. Vinay ji took every little care during our stay just like a big brother. His warm behaviour is something extra we got during our stay. He arranged a guided tour at the fort and the person who guide us through this tour Arvind Vyas ji, just like a father figure. Incidentally 25th January was Arvind Ji's birthday, so he gave treat to my daughter with special Jaisalmer sweets. Vinay ji also arranged the desert camp stay and it was mind blowing also. The car and its chauffeur was also a nice person. Vinay ji took very special care of my daughter as I told him that I want to make this stay memorable for my daughter. Thank you from our heart for everything during our stay at Jaisalmer. Hotel Shiddhartha is highly recommended at Jaisalmer. See you soon Vinay Ji.

I’m not one to complain, but our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible! The staff were passive aggressive and ended up becoming quite aggressive towards the end of our stay. The room was very average, we had only one hot shower over the 4 nights and it was extremely noisy. We politely complained about the neighbors arguing all night and they were nice enough to switch our room. However, the new room smelled like literal sewage! The solution from the staff was to spray perfume, no apology. Don’t stay here!

For me Hotel Siddhartha Jaisalmer is best choice. It is inside the fort (killa), where Jaisalmer is at its best. Been there, will come again and bring my family. Respectful, warm-hearted and helpful owners and staff. Fair pricing. Sadly I meet and keep hearing of people with maybe a slightly low self esteem, who turn aggressively to fellow travellers, create confusion and leave bad ratings. I for one will come again.

I travelled with my mother and stayed in this hotel. The host Vinayak ji was very humble and helpful. He arranged for our stay as we arrived early in the morning 5 AM. He took care of us, asked for any help if needed. He also dropped us at the auto stand during check out. The hotel is inside the fort near the Jain Temple. Location is good, just you to have climb a step turn while entering from Suraj Pol. It was a great stay
