★★★★★I stayed at Garh Jaisal Haveli for 5 days, and it was such a nice stay. The hotel is beautiful and feels like stepping back in time, though the stairs are a bit steep—but that’s part of its charm! The rooms are colorful, and I stayed in two during my visit. The best part was waking up to see the sunrise from my balcony, though it gets quite bright in the mornings. The rooftop terrace has an incredible view of Jaisalmer, and I spent a lot of time there relaxing.||||The desert safari was a great experience. They took us to a quiet, less touristy spot, and I went with some other hotel guests. Everyone was so friendly—it made the trip even better.||||My family recommended this hotel, and I’m so glad I stayed here. It’s in the center of Jaisalmer, close to the temples, the fort, and the bustling local streets. The area feels safe, and the local families around are kind—one even invited me for chai! Would be great choice for solo female travelers as Jaisalmer fort is like a small living village and families living around.||The manager, Anit, and the staff were very helpful, and they made everything easy for me.||||The restaurant serves amazing food. One evening, they gave me a homemade meal—it was simple but easily the best food I’ve eaten in India. Overall, it felt like home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jaisalmer

★★★★★This is a wonderful small hotel in a perfect location near to the fort entrance with easy walking distance to places of interest. The 270 degree view from the roof terrace is world class. The terrace itself is beautiful and fine food and drink is bought to your table while you enjoy the fabulous view. The rooms are comfortable and clean and beautifully furnished with local fabrics, each room with its own well designed colour theme. The staff are all wonderful and the service excellent.

NillI loved this hotel. It is located inside the Jaisalmer fort. The rooms are nicely done, each one has a different color theme with a rooftop restaurant which has a great view of the city. The thing I loved the most is the service they provide. The staff is excellent and they are very proactive. I had asked them in advance to arrange two autos to go to the station in the the middle of the night. And I thought I have to wake them up and ask them to follow up with the auto guys etc. but they were very proactive and made sure everything was ready on time. Very thankful to these guys and highly recommended!

NillWe booked this hotel for the specific reason that it was within the fort at the top of the city & it was exactly like that. Wonderful place with a great view of the city. We stayed in Sweet Purple room for 3 days and the room was quite spacious for 3 occupants. We could see the sunrise from our room. The walk through the lanes of the fort area at night was the best experience as it was quiet with no crowd. We got a chance to chat with the local residents too The rooms at the hotel are very clean and well kept. The service by Mr. Anit and his team is excellent. Full points to them for the attention they paid to our smallest requirement. They were always smiling and courteous. They cook the food as per order placed and the fresh fruit juice is really good. The roads to the fort area are narrow so you have to hire a rickshaw back and forth to the fort parking area if you have any elderly person travelling with you. Of course you can walk up and down the lanes too. I will book this hotel again for my next visit to Jaisalmer for sure.

NillBeautiful place to stay in Jaisalmer. The hotel is within the Jaisalmer fort, so, the view is stunning. The service is great. The amenities are basic but the warmth of the staff and the cleanliness make up for that. The food is average and it can be a bit tricky for the senior citizens to climb up the stairs to the rooftop restaurant but the view from the top is worth every bit of the effort. Overall, it's a great choice if one wants to experience the rustic life inside a fort and wants to live within the city limit at the same time.

NillIt was our best hotel in India. The hotel is simply stunning, beautiful rooms, a great rooftop terrace and delicious, freshly prepared food. The staff were amazing (especially Tarun) - they helped us with so many things and everything they organized worked like a Swiss watch. I can't recommend this hotel enough - super great.

NillThis is a great property inside Jaisalmer fort. The room we stayed in (Sweet Purple) was clean and comfortable, and we had a good view of the inner wall of the fort right from the room itself. Food is good, and the staff are super helpful. They arranged a guide for us to show us the nearby locations. Walking distance from Jain temple, and we found it convenient to walk from Garh Jaisal to the fort gate as well. Restaurant on the terrace offers a great view of the city.

NillOur stay at hotel Garh jaisal was amazing. I stayed with 2 of my friends. The room was comfortable and came with an amazing view! The staff was very accommodating, the person in the reception and the chef who was managing the kitchen went out of the way to take care of us. After roaming around the city, hunting for the best view spots, I can say the roof top on this property that comes with open dining is one of the best if not the best!
