Hotel Mount Regency

Average hotel with high rate, nothing special !!! Against the facilities provided, rate was quite high for the room. Though the room was spacious, Interior was quite old. Proper steamy Hot water was not coming from the shower or taps. Water was just warm. Those kits( dental, personal care, shaving, comb) were not provided. Bath linens were leaving fabric fibers on body. Very limited items were there in the buffet breakfast.

Staff is very courteous and welcoming Property is well maintained and clean Location is good for sightseeing. Very close to bus stand as well. Rooms are very spacious with personal balcony with a small swing.

Management needs to take a look at the hygiene. Rooms size is good we had booked a super deluxe room. Drawback is that the rooms has a typical smell along with that the bedsheets and pillow also smell inspite of washing. The food is very tasty and service is good.

The stay was extremely pleasant! The owner Mrs.Sangeeta and the entire Staff were very helpful and cooperative. They helped us get a scooty for rent as well without any additional charges. The best thing about the place is its location since it's just 210 metres away from the bus stop and less than a kilometre from Nakki Lake which makes it super convenient for any traveller to stay here and explore nearby places. 100% recommended!

- Bad smelling bed sheets - Terrible breakfast buffet - Rude lady at Reception Only the rooms are built good but the maintenance is not at all good. Dogs are super cute (Jengo and Joy) Huskies.

The hotel is good with spacious rooms at good location however the buffet breakfast could have been better. Overall a Good coice to stay with Family.

The hotel location is not as shown in pictures. There are lot of cars parked in front of hotel. And the location is not near nakki lake. The hotel staff was very rude, greedy and not supportive at all including the reception and the owner. I asked them to cancel my third day stay considering the hotel is not as I thought it should be and I informed them well in 2 days advance and they refused to cancel it. My scooty got stolen by the staff and was returned after quarrel with the hotel reception. The owner took no responsibility at all even though it was parked in hotel parking. The breakfast was not good and was in basement with full of dirt. Part of hotel was under construction and so there was so much of noise surrounding.

I had the opportunity of staying in mount regency and booked a twin deluxe room. The food is very tasty and room service is good and fast. I will request the hotel management to please check the rooms and do a bit of makeover. Overall the hotel is in the heart of the city and walking distance.
