Rajendar Hotel

We booked two AC rooms. The view from outside was truly beautiful, and the room service staff was prompt and courteous. However, there were several hygiene and maintenance issues that made our stay uncomfortable: The pillows were dirty, and the bedsheets were torn and unclean. There was no place to hang clothes in the room. The walls had dampness, and there were small cockroaches in the room. Mosquitoes were also a big problem at night. The toilet exhaust fan wasn’t working, and when we asked for help, the staff simply said, “It’s broken and won’t be fixed right now.” At the restaurant, when we complained about the sour taste in the khichdi, the cook behaved very rudely and said, “We cooked it fresh—if you didn’t like it, that’s not our problem.” We had to leave the food untouched. On the positive side, car parking was convenient, and staff members Mahendra and Solanki were extremely helpful and polite. This hotel has potential, but it seriously needs to improve cleanliness, room facilities, and staff behavior in the restaurant.

Rooms are not hygienic at all, real place differs a lot from photos shown online. Definitely not recommended at all. Quilts, bedsheets, pillow covers all were so dirty and stained.

Very bad behaviour of receptionist. The person is very irresponsible and apply alot of restrictions as a property owner. They apply 12% gst on online payment. And doesn't wait for offline payment during emergency as well. He talks very bad and doesn't seems professional at all. Very poor experience. Rooms also smell bad and person talks unprofessionally. Must not visit this place if you are travelling with friends or families.

NEVER EVER COME THIS HOTEL.. WORST PLACE , WORST EXPERIENCE🤮🤮🤮 It was a worst experience in this hotel to stay room are dirty , bathroom was stinky and not clean too and in the rooms earthworms (kankhajura) was taking tour in the room and the manager was pathetic.. while the time of showing rooms the guy was saying it’s only for family which was not true all type of public of there.. never ever come this hotel…

Very bad behaviour bogus resort...put 12% extra and required cash before check out very rude behaviour I had to go washroom and he didn't he said no and said that bring cash first and we had no cash said the we will go and bring cash but he asked questioned like father that you don't have any cash????

Booked at affordable price. Triple bed room was nice. Linen they changed if you asked. Garden is really beautiful and has flowers and swing. Staff is polite and well behaved. Peaceful nice stay at great location.
