All the rooms were clearn. the ambience was very good. the room service was awesome. the staff (specially one person name Mr.Ajit )was very polite and gentle. the food was also Tasty. you will have so much of good options here in very less price. they have family room options too and also the parking facility. Over all it was very good experience....

We recently stayed at this hotel in Udaipur with our friends, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all of us. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the food – every meal was a delightful treat. The dishes were authentic and packed with flavors that made our dining experience memorable. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, which added to the overall satisfaction of our stay. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the city, and its proximity to key attractions made our sightseeing plans seamless. However, we faced significant inconvenience with the parking provisions. The hotel has very limited dedicated parking slots at the basement, and the allocation works on a first-come, first-served basis. This became a major issue during our stay. For instance, if you take your vehicle out to visit tourist attractions and return later in the day, there’s no guarantee you’ll have a parking spot available. If another guest arrives with a vehicle during your absence, the parking space is allocated to them. This lack of a proper system for managing parking slots was disappointing and caused unnecessary hassle, especially given Udaipur’s bustling tourist scene. We hope the management considers addressing this issue, as it detracts from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Despite this drawback, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and delicious food – just be prepared for some challenges with parking logistics.

The room was clean, staff is good and available whenever requires, staff at reception was good and soft spoken. The location is very good and nearby to a large food spot. Overall good stay at Phoenix Unmatched Comfort

Comfortable stay with a very good service, staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms were also clean and hygienic. Location wise there are lots of good eateries around and even hotel breakfast option is very good. You get hot breakfast served in your room daily

It’s very near to Fatehsagar lake! Above a small Mall,entries joint in the vicinity, shopping places nearby. Staff very efficient. And very value for money. They have their own parking in the mall . Rooms are also very airy and clean. Good option for stay.
