Hotel Empire Palace | Near Fateh Sagar Lake

Booked this hotel for our visit to udaipur , very budget friendly if visiting with family or just a couple. The location is near some prominent spots like lake Fateh Sagar and saheliyon ki bari. Rooms are nice and decent and ok staff.

Pros - Only saheliyo ki bari is nearby in meters & fatehsagar 4 km. Little affordable Cons - Far from all the good places. In washroom flush wasn't working. We have also complained but didn't give another room. Room service wasn't that good. Staff wasn't professional. Was like a normal hotel and not a luxury.

Nice and comfortable stay ....... hospitality was very good .....Staff was attentive and well mannered ...... Good location near saheliyon ki badi.......Food quality was good as per Rajasthani traditions...... Peaceful and noice free environment.... Reception boy and cooking staff was also well mannered . Name of those staff members i forget but they deserve respect as they were hard working and sincere. Best wishes for the Hotel and its staff.

I stayed for 2 days in this hotels . It was very good experience.. Food is good .. rooms are neat and clean.. overall it’s good ..

Room was fine but the shower didn't have water pressure. We asked to check it but the staff, very nicely suggested that he can change the room, as if it was the solution for the shower problem. We didn't change the room. As there was no guarantee that other room's shower will be working. Also I wont recommend for old age or handicapped people, as there is no lift. Though the staff was quite friendly, who helped us all the way to carry all the luggage by foot.
