we booked cozy retreat rooms which were small but the rooms were clean the mattress and bedding were very clean tidy and i will give 5star to the way the rooms were designed it was actually cozy and very nicely decorated. The cafe at the rooftop give great view of the lake pichola and food is amazing. Great services one of the beast i would say for the prices i paid.

The food was not good at all. The taste was very bad. Horrible taste, used extreme black pepper . Also, pizza had completely uncooked base. The lasagna we ordered was not at all eatable. The pizza sauce was horrible, making the whole dish tasteless. The virgin pinacolada was simply made of pineapple only. Pathetic taste of all dishes.

We had great time @Otc by 4 lal ghat everything here was perfect rooms, staff, food, location, cleanliness everything was on topnotch and the best part is rooftop cafe from where you can just enjoy amazing view my vacation was bit small this time but gonna come back soon for another long vacation here.

I had a wonderful stay at OTC. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city's beautiful landmarks. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to Raghav's helpful assistance with my booking. My room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The food at the roof top restaurant was consistently delicious! What truly made my stay stand out, was the exceptional customer service. I'm still fuming after the appalling treatment we received at OTC by 4 Lal Ghat last night. We had reserved a table in advance, specifically for dinner, but when we arrived, we were told to wait in the indoor waiting area. No explanation, no apology, just a curt instruction to wait. We waited for a reasonable amount of time, expecting to be seated soon, but as the minutes ticked by, our hunger and frustration grew. When we approached the staff to inquire about our table, we were shocked to be told that the kitchen was closed and they couldn't take any more orders. Closed kitchen? But we had a reservation! How could they not have informed us about this when we arrived? The lack of communication and organization was staggering. The worst part was the nonchalant attitude of the staff. No apology, no offer to provide an alternative solution, just a shrug and a "sorry, kitchen's closed". It was as if they didn't care about our experience or our business. We left the restaurant feeling disappointed, frustrated, and hungry. The fact that they couldn't even be bothered to seat us or provide a decent explanation is a clear indication of their lack of respect for customers. Needless to say, we will not be returning to OTC by 4 Lal Ghat anytime soon. If you're planning to dine here, beware of the possibility of being left high and dry, even with a reservation. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

Stayed 3 days in this hotel while exploring the old city as it is situated very close to City palace and other ghats, which offers a nice view of the lake. Room is just like the pictures a bit small if you opt for a cozy retreat. One suggestion is to improve the door size and close the gaps as they don't cover any noise coming from the stairs being used by ppl going to 4th floor for the rooftop. Otherwise a good cozy place to stay with amazing roof top cafe.
