We had a really pleasant experience staying at this hotel in Udaipur. The property is clean, hygienic, and beautifully designed with a lovely aesthetic. The staff deserves special appreciation—they were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location is fantastic as well, making it easy to get around and explore the city. We also visited their OTC café, and the food exceeded our expectations. Overall, a great stay and definitely a place we would recommend!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with all the essentials — perfect for both rest and work. It was easy to explore the area on foot.||Front office staff Jai veer is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, every team member made me feel welcome and valued||A great stay with a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

I am writing to share my experience regarding the condition of the room I was given. Unfortunately, the overall situation has been highly unsatisfactory and uncomfortable: Room Condition – The room feels extremely cramped, almost like a matchbox, with visible rust on the walls, a persistent damp smell, and very poor upkeep. Basic fittings are broken – the tap has fallen off, and the health faucet is not functioning. Hygiene & Safety Concerns – I have seen mice inside my room on two separate occasions. This is not only unhygienic but also creates a very unsafe and unpleasant living environment. Noise & Disturbance – The room has very poor sound insulation; I can constantly hear people walking up and down the stairs, which makes it difficult to rest or focus. Customer Service – When I requested a room change due to these serious issues, I was told “we can’t do anything” and that no rooms were available. However, I could clearly see that there were vacant rooms. If the management had asked for an extra amount, I would have gladly paid for a better and healthier option. Instead, my concerns were dismissed without any real effort to resolve them. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. A guest’s minimum expectation is a clean, safe, and functioning room, along with responsive service when issues are raised. Unfortunately, none of these were met during my stay.

I faced a very poor service at the rooftop restaurant. The waiter was very unresponsive and unprofessional in attending us. The quality of food was also not satisfactory given the kind of prices charged. The customer service needs serious improvement. Place is good only for the view. Didn't find anything else fascinating including the food and customer service.

Such a nice place with really mesmerising lake view. We have ordered pink pasta with garlic bread. It was so yummy. We have been here 4-5 times already and would really recommend it.

Our recent 2-night stay at Old Town Cafe (OTC), Udaipur was truly wonderful! A budget-friendly gem right in the heart of the city — just 200 meters from Lake Pichola (Gangaur Ghat) and within walking distance to Bagore Ki Haveli, City Palace, Jagdish Temple, street shopping, and endless cafes and eateries.||OTC is a perfect stay for explorers who want budget-friendly stays. The highlight for us was their beautiful rooftop cafe offering panoramic views of the Aravalli ranges and Lake Pichola — an ideal spot for monsoon evenings and coffee lovers. The food and beverages were delicious too!||A special thanks to the OTC team for upgrading us to their highest category room at no extra cost — such a warm and thoughtful gesture that made our trip even better.||The staff was incredibly helpful and polite throughout. I highly recommend OTC and their rooftop cafe to anyone visiting Udaipur.|Do visit — you’ll love it! 💛

I was quite disappointed with my experience. The staff was not cooperative and seemed uninterested in providing proper service. Basic hospitality was missing, which made the overall experience unpleasant. Guests should never be treated this way, as good service is just as important as good food. Overall, I am not at all satisfied with the service at OTC and would not recommend it based on my experience.

Our stay at (otc 4 lal ghat) was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and we were immediately impressed by the elegant lobby. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view the city skyline/lake. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We particularly appreciated the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and the well-stocked minibar.we loved it😍😍🥰🥰🫶🫶.
