DERA PICHOLA- A Lake Facing Boutique Hotel

Our stay at Dera Pichola Hotel, Udaipur for 2 nights was amazing! The rooms were spacious, super clean, and nicely maintained, even the washrooms. The food was tasty and the rooftop view was just beautiful. The whole hotel felt really warm and well looked after. A special mention and big thanks to Vikram for being so kind and helpful the whole time. He even came with us to drop us till our ride. Such a small gesture, but it really meant a lot. We had a great experience and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this place ✨!

This place is perfect for a stay in Udaipur, as it’s right in the center of the city with most tourist spots—like Hanuman Ghat and Ganghor ghat—just a short walk away. We booked a lake-view room. Since it was on the first floor, the lake was only partially visible, but the room itself was very comfortable, equipped with both AC and a geyser. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and during the evenings their rooftop restaurant and bar open to the public. Guests enjoy a generous 30% discount on food and drinks, which is a great perk. A special mention to Sarjeet Singh, who was extremely polite and helpful. He even arranged a private hotel scooter for us at just ₹400 per day. Tips for future guests: Carry and use your own towels. For bike rentals, I highly recommend the JoyRide app for convenience and good rates. Rapido is widely used here for quick rides, but autos are the best option for navigating the narrow lanes. Overall, our stay was truly pleasant and hassle-free. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Udaipur.

So we stayed for 1day and the view was fabulous but they didn't have the bathroom amenities ready on time. The towels were kinda old. We can order online and have whatever we want. They don't have a car parking but that wasn't such a big of an issue. There is a private car parking at the distance of around 200m. I would recommend that the guests should have the rooftop dinner as you can enjoy the view as well as some classical live music. Long story short the hotel is pretty good but the amenities were missing that's the only down point for me.

We stayed in a Lake facing Balcony Room during July Spacious room, clean toilet. Polite and kind staff, provided us with ice cubes and offered to refill water as we wanted to avoid purchasing plastic bottles. Great location, loads of restaurants, tourist spots nearby. Doesn't have a alotted parking space but didn't hinder any plans anyway. Haven't tried the restaurant food as we wanted to eat local. Good job guys.

Good hotel with great lake view rooftop restaurant. Food is bit costly but they provide 30% discount if you stay in this hotel. Location is great and the manager is very helpful, he guided us nicely about out trip to udaypur . Rooms are also very good and spacious.

It was a very nice experience staying in this hotel for 2 nights with a beautiful view facing lake side on second floor.The hotel staff was very friendly and service was Very quick .In this hotel u can see the view from third floor which is cafeteria and from roof top . Especially at night Reccomend to visit the rooftop to enjoy dinner with a breathtaking view .It's worth staying in this awesome place.We will love to comeback to stay again next time and also will suggest others as well to visit this hotel .

We stayed here for 3 nights & had a comfortable AC room with a view of Lake Pichola. The location is excellent, at walking distance from tourist apots in the old town. Friendly staff & Great value for money.
