Nice hotel.. wonderful view and the rooms are comfortable.. highly recommended hotel .. walking distance to MG marg. Service was awesome. Food was watering..

This hotel is nice with great staff compared to before the owner is running it right now by Mr Pema Jigdal he is a very good person and most helpful of all so sorry to those customers who had suffered before because of the previous lease people apologises please do visit

Although rooms are satisfactory and quite clean at the time of check-in, the behaviour of the hotel staff is quite reluctant. Also the room is very damp and bedsheets are very smelly.Breakfast was good.Geaser of our room was not working when we asked with the hotel staff they provided another room for the hot water. Overall average.

I have very bad experience in hotel 9atop. I suggest all of you that please don't come in this hotel.bez all staff and manager behaviour is very very bad and rudely speak. And they don't provide water also water was not pack . And management system is very bad. And please don't take package from NGP railway station all broker are fakes they will charge very High amount and not provide facility so please don't take package. I personally do not leave a review but this place make me do so bez I want people don't spoil there movement because everyone coming to enjoy your movement. And the name of the manager is Mahesh D and he is one of the very bad person and behavior is very bad and rudely speak. So please don't stay in this hotel 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel 9atop. The conditions were appalling; the place was filthy, infested with mosquitoes, and the toilet wasn't even functional. On top of that, they overcharged us, deviating from the agreed package. The manager's behavior was utterly unacceptable, displaying rudeness and a complete lack of manners. This hotel falls far below the standards expected, even for a one-star establishment. Avoid at all costs! I personally do not leave a review but this place makes me do so because i want people not to spoil their moment who are coming far from sikkim just to enjoy with their loved once. The name of the manager is Mahesh D and he is the most ridiculous person i have ever seen..

This hotel deserves less than zero rating. Pathetic service and on top of that Mahesh Sinha (manager) can possibly be the most horrible manager you will ever come across. The first room was shady and it looked like their staff room. We paid everything in advance but still no room was ready for us. Bathroom wasn't clean and had no hot water. They even didn't provide drinking water, when asked for it. 2nd room looked better but again bathroom was horrible. And the staffs were arrogant, rude and inconsiderate. I never thought I would talk this bad about any hotel but Hotel A Top, made that possible.

Very bad experience in this hotel. Rooms are damp and shady. Bathroom has water leakage issue. Hotel staff behavior is also pathetic. Got cheated through a fraudulent package from a travel agent in NJP station. Showed us misleading pictures of the room that did not match in reality. Please avoid this hotel.

We stayed there for 3 nights on the 3rd week of January 2023. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Gangtok for the price range. The hotel opened just a few months back, so it's still almost brand new. Staff behavior is good and welcoming, the owner is also a very nice person. Overall clean and well maintained. The view seemed great from the corner rooms but unfortunately it was very foggy so couldn't enjoy it. Highly recommended!
