The Namdul Boutique

We booked hotel through Agoda and when we reached there they said since ownership have changed for this hotel. This Booking is no more valid and you have to pay 4k for each room instead of 2k per room. Agoda is showing old rating charges and since we haven't paid to agoda they said it is not valid and we have to leave the hotel with our bags. Very pathetic behaviour. Never go to this hotel.

the hotel was very nice and quiet and clean but the water wasn't working well on the first night of our vacation. the hotel receptionist was very kind and booked us all the taxi and our trips. it was a great experience overall.

Never waste your money, we booked room through booking.com. Room was so dirty, hospitality is big 0. No safety, heater was not working, lights were not working, rude behaviour from staff. We lost 8k.

Rooms are not worth it as all staff are unmanned, service is bad as they have no intercom, non cooperative staffs.

**"Disappointing Experience at Namdul Boutique Hotel"** I had high hopes for my stay at Namdul Boutique Hotel, but unfortunately, it was a letdown in several ways. Firstly, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. From the moment we arrived, there was a lack of courtesy and professionalism. When we asked for assistance with basic things, the responses were dismissive, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Secondly, there were major issues with the bathroom water supply. The water pressure was abysmally low, and it took ages for hot water to come through. This made simple tasks like showering a frustrating experience. To top it off, the owner was far from accommodating. When we brought up these issues, they were not addressed with the urgency or care they deserved. It felt as though our concerns were brushed aside. Overall, this hotel failed to deliver a pleasant experience. The combination of poor service, unsatisfactory facilities, and unhelpful management makes it difficult to recommend.
