Hotel Rendezvous

During my Sikkim trip to Gangtok from 30 April 2024 to 3 May 2024, I choose this place to stay. Best part is its location. As soon as you come out of hotel, MG marg is there to explore. Parking for car is available. Outside food is also allowed. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Love you Sikkim.

This is an unpaid unfiltered and honest review and I assure you will find this helpful. 1. Location - Truly 2-3 minutes walk from MG marg. The Hotel is located on the right side of main road , there is a steep elevated road leading up to this hotel. It's so steep, fwd cars sometimes struggle. So by foot, this is a challenging road. But the location is top notch . A big front area to get off luggage , to park etc. Right to the left of the hotel is their private parking. 2. Hotel room- after a tiring journey with my family , this room was a blessing . We booked a 3 bedded room with one extra mattress . Room was super clean , no odour and fairly big. Had all basic amenities . Had a waterfall heater , room heater , a hairdryer , a geyser. All were working . Had a working tv which we didn't use. The biggest plus point is the view. You can see the Kunchenjunga from room itself , also some parts of north sikkim. Absolutely beautiful . 3. Hotel service - The front desk person , Anil Bhitrikoti is an absolute gentleman . He said you can come and see room if you like then book, didn't take any token money to book room at a peak season time. He helped us throughout and was very polite and soft spoken , a smile on hus face. This war welcoming nature really elevates everyone's experience doesn't matter who you are. Room service was quick. Eveyone was courteous and kind. There is also a lift in the hotel. 4. In house restaurant - since it was raining , we couldn't go to mg marg and had dinner at restaurant . It was empty , no other guests were there. It is a fairly large dining place . The waiter were kind and prompt . Food was above average . We had roti , fried rice , chicken curry and mixed veg. Price is definitely on higher side but the quality of food was good. Family liked it We got complementary breakfast next morning too. It was one word extremely good. There was good spread of food and we were allowed to pack some food for our journey too. Thankful for that. 5. Parking - There is a big parking space for the hotel . You cab bring your private car and park here without any fear. Safe and great location . 6. Cleanliness - Extremely clean and well maintained. Some bathroom equipments are shoeing age but no one can stop time right . Only issue I see is with people with bad knees will have hard time walking up and down to the hotel from mg marg. Apart from this I see nothing to say against the hotel. Prices are a little on higher side but considering you get complimentary breakfast it's okay. We had a great stay here, got our energies rejuvenated after tiring journey all thank to the cozy stay.

Excellent location, the most happening area MG MARG is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel . Great staff, great service, specially Mr Anil bhitrikoti ,the manager is very very well behaved.He also provided us room heater. food was also good. morning breakfast was very very delicious..

Really big rooms with lift facilities near to MG Marg. Good parking facilities. Service is good.|Food menu needs improvement. Otherwise good hotel.||Prob : Steep slope in entrance. Otherwise very good and definitely recommend.||Great value for money.

Our North Sikkim tour starts with one night stay at Gangtok. The place is really awesome. Staff are very polite & cooperative. A variety of testy food, a cosy & specious mountain view family room with all amenities makes our stay so relaxing. The property is located at five minutes walking distance from M.G Marg. It has a large parking space also. We want to stay there again. Highly recommended... 👍🏻😇

Near to MG marg. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Bathroom is good. And last but not least, they serve the best breakfast.

Hotel is in best location with Kanchanjangha view. But unfortunately you can't go upstairs due to restriction and private area. MG Marg is within 2KM and all required shops are nearby. Rooms are good and support staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very close to MG Marg, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. |Very courteous service... Staff are attentive esp Sambhu and Mr. Anil ans room service staffs. ||Prefer deluxe for spacious triple occupancy|Chose super deluxe or suite for better view. ||All the best.
