Worst service staffs are very arrogant, huge water problem is there and staff bother to solve it. Won’t get water full day only get morning till 8 that too you have to call and ask. Don’t even think of staying here

Honest review l. dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets pillow covers, It's a horrible hotel coz hotel staff is not good, hotel staffs drinking in nearby rooms and play loud music all night. You have to go all time to reception if you need anything but you'll not get😄😄 not recommended to family or couple. Resturant was good as per price. Location is also good, 1 minute walking distance from mg marg

The food here is good. Specially for Bengali people, who love their rice. We went for dinner. They start serving from 8pm. Quality of food and behaviour of staff is good. Not much of an ambience though. Cost effective. We had egg thali. Filling amount of food.

PATHETIC IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. Overpriced, Poor service, dirty and cramped rooms, TV available inside the rooms have no connection, WIFI password is not shared with the guests even after asking, Even the water jug and glass in the room was dirty, Staff - Pathetic behavior, during checkout guy at the reception tells me he doesn't know how to create a bill/invoice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IT WILL RUIN YOUR EXPERIENCE OF YOUR SIKKIM TRIP.

Staying this hotel was a good experience an the room are good from the restaurant Swarup sir is friendly and specially Bhumika is so good in nature she always smile she has a good behaviour Sarita is also good

Previously this hotel was good. Recently very bad. Hotel staffs are very bad and non cooperative. They have no idea about booking. Washroom was dirty, no water available all the time. Geyser not working. Rooms are not so clean.
