The staff is very co-operative as my travel agent messed up with my rooms. So they helped us with our room. Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is kid friendly also. It was a leisure time for me and my family. Definitely coming back and will also recommend for family trip. The in house restaurant also serve some tasty food. Room service is quick and good👍🏻 Plus point is its nearby to all market and tourist spots.

Best hotel at Gangtok. A must visit when you're at Gangtok. Staffs were super friendly and cooperative. Hotel was neat and clean. Views from room was mesmerising.. would definitely visit again also would like to recommend you guys. Specially thank you Ms Surekha and the entire team from front office during our check in and check out.

It's the best to stay close to city of Gangtok. The staff members are friendly and cooperative. Well maintained rooms with hygiene. We had breakfast and dinner for our package both were delicious 😋 worth the money. The ambience is good. Staff members Albert and Arpan were very helpful in guiding the city tour spots.

Good location. Excellent Hospitality. Good Food. Rooms are good maintained and have good view. Sangam at restaurant was very helpful and served promptly. The entire team is very well trained and supportive. Will definitely recommend with my friends and family

Pros: The staff is courteous and attentive, offering excellent service. Convenient location, easily accessible. The food quality is great. Had breakfast and dinner 2 days. Cons: Room quality is satisfactory but leaves room for improvement. (Stayed in rooms 101-104 on the first floor.) Special Mention: A special shoutout to Anup at the restaurant, whose kindness and professionalism made the dining experience truly enjoyable.

Most comfortable and beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in . The view from the room was amazing. Food was delicious ambience was near and clean. Receptionist Ms Surekha and the team was friendly and cooperative they were always there to help us.... Thank you to the entire team.

We had a good stay at Shangrila. It's on the main road and nearby to all tourist spots. The rooms are neat and clean. Service is prompt. The food quality is excellent. The staff too is receptive and courteous.

Spacious rooms with all amenities. Excellent food at the restaurant. All staffs were well mannered. Enjoyed my stay here for a day. I would recommend this place for everyone
