Hotel Ninamma

The rooms are very well maintained. The service is also extremely good. The food is very tasty as the team works closely with you to cater to anything specific you would want. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful. Very hospitable team. The location of the place is not the most ideal as it is in a lane and there is not much for views from your rooms. However, it works if you have a vehicle so not a big drawback and if you spend your whole day outside you would just come to your room and crash.

This place is good and has decent rooms. Definitely not a 3 star, that is misrepresnting. The biggest issue with this room is there is absolutely no air circulation, room feels stuffy quite soon. Service was good and they attended to our asks.

Stayed in Ninnama hotel for 3 nights , it was an amazing experience, the rooms were very spacious with beautiful view . The staffs are quite helpful and their behaviour was gentle . The food is amazing here , their breakfast is top notch , best best for vegetarian, would recommend it 👏

Going to Gangtok with zero contacts, the hotel management and their staff were a blessing. The hotel is very close to MG Market and SNT Bus depot. The staff helped us throughout our 3 days stay. The vegetarian food in their restaurant was also very homely and comforting. The staff in the hotel were polite and helpful. The rooms & washrooms were clean & the view from the hotel rooms was amazing despite the unclear weather conditions. A very quiet place even during peak hours.

We had a 3 nights stay at Ninamma. The stay was really comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious with every needed amenities. It is very close to SNT busstand (2 mins walking). MG Marg(10 mins walking) . Special mention-the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel service was good. The staffs are very helpful and communicative. Good management. The rooms had great view. Enjoyed staying here. Location is also good. Taxi stand is nearby and mg marg is 10mins walking distance. Overall experience is good.

I am very picky about hotels and this hotel is just what I wanted! Despite small washroom without exhaust(which should be taken into notice), I enjoyed the view from my large window of my large room. The food was bit expensive but was delicious. The service and staff behaviour was very cordial and professional. I will definitely visit this hotel if I visit gangtok again!
