OYO Kai Fu Khim Residency

Recent experience was horrible. Hotel Manager was very much rude in his behavior, all the time he told our food was take in time either we not take the food. We are going there to spend our holidays, he was not decide to how we spend our holidays and time. That is not the right thing I think. But hotel other staffs are well behaved and nice. All the time he force all the guest to take picture or videos for good reviews. Please take care it. In the room TV was there but no connection. And all the morning 7'o clock electricity was gone if the check out was happen that day. In the hotel wifi is there but no / poor connection inside the room. Please look into this matter.

The hotel is far from MG Marg. If you want to go to the mall from here, you have to take a separate taxi. The location is relatively quiet. View is fairly good. The room is fine. However, I did not like the use of the manager here.

It was an awesome experience. Manager Tanmoy & all staffs are very polite, helpful and caring. They had provided very Good quality Food/Meal/Breakfast. Rooms are very well maintained & hygiene. Thanks to all of them. I was very happy for their service.If I will visit Gangtok again then my first choice will be this Hotel- Kai Fu Khim.

Very bad hotel specially the manager treated the guests of his hotel like a hostel superintendent. Very rude behaviour and very bad service from him but the house keeping andother staffed are well behaved. 1) We reached at his location arround 7pm and we wish to visit MG marg then he asked us for reaching at hotel by 10 pm other wise he will not allowed to entering at hotel, we said as the hotel is very long distance from the MG marg if we become late for 10 to 15 munites then he replied in this case you will not get the dinner as there duty is till 10 pm, then we replied okay no issues please take our dinner seperately we will take the but in this case he also dinied. 2) No overhead shower given in room 104 only a old and broken hand shower given when we asked for same then he threads shoutedly us i.e. the all local police is his relative he will asked police to take away us from his hotel. 3) only one towel provided for per room when we asked for towel for each person he dined to give us. 4) Food quality is very bad . The owner should demote the the Manager Mr. Tanmoy to a house keeping staff. Other in near future the owners of this hotel will not get a single guest in a pick season also.

Location of the place is very nice and it is away from the noise and crowd of the city. The hotel is very neat and the staff are very helpful, the interiors of the hotel is good too. They also have a dinning and their food is very tasty, rooms are very spacious and have a nice ambiance. The manager (Vikas) helps you with anything that you want, overall the experience was good and I would recommend this hotel anyone who goes to Gangtok and wants to have a spacious stay with nice hospitality.

Location is around 1.2KM from MG MERG. This hotel is located in the lap of beautiful hilly area. We had allotted room in 3rd floor and having a good view. Room - Well decorated and good. Bathroom - Clean. Housekeeping - They clean room every day. Hotel Staff - Soft spoken and very well behaved with family like hospitality. Food - Good test. Room service - Good. Manager - Very friendly and always ready for help. I knew him when he was at Changlo chen hotel in Gangtok. Wify - Not good. -ve point - May not be suitable for old age people as need to cover many starecase to reach to 2nd floor.

First of all i would like to say that the people of Sikkim are the nicest people I've ever met. This hotel is located in a bit lower and serene location but easily accessible via local taxi. The view from room is spectacular and staff is so well behaved and nice. Loved every moment of the stay. Once again nicest people I've ever met.

I visited this hotel recently. This was amazing experience. Kai Fu Khim is best in class and suits everyone's pocket as well. We are thanking to Mr. Vijay for their services.
