On return from our north Sikkim trip we stayed at this hotel for a day and had a very good experience. The room is very big. Designed very well. The hotel owners made us feel at home and the staff was very courteous. After a very tiring journey of North Sikkim the stay at this hotel was an amazing experience. What we enjoyed the most was excellent tea and food. We opted for veg thali which was absolutely home made and hot. M G road can be reached by share taxi ( 10 Rs ) from this hotel.||I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Gangtok.||Contact detail. The rooms are good, albeit small. A bit more spacious rooms would be better . Staff is very courteous. And they try to deliver to their individual best to make your stay comfortable . Breakfast is decent. Location is also good !. Only downside, the cleanliness, and quality of bed. And the small size of rooms.

This is first visit in Sikkim best place to live. Excellent view from top. All rooms attached toilet with 24 hours hot & cold water. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Easy acess to town. Warm hospitality. Highly recommend.

Very worst experience😡😡||The owner of the hotel was very rude..||I have ever see this type of owner..||Staff complain that the owner never give salary at time and if they paid salary the paid salary was not of staff full payment||But staff was great and loyal❤||Staff give satisfaction to me his work was great❤❤

Pros.|1) neat and clean rooms along with Bathrooms.|2) all most new fittings in all rooms.|3) complementary tea/coffee.|4) availability of 24 hours hot water.|5) just 15 minutes walk from mall.|6) food are tasty.|7) very well behaved service personnel.|Cons.|1) towards walk from hotel to mall is little bit tough for elders.|2) no view room.|||
