We had the most wonderful time of our life at this property. The location is superb . The staff was most hospitable and caring. The whole environment in the hotel was full of great professionalism and efficiency. What impressed us the most was the attitude of the staff. Clean Property In A Nice Location. On 20 March we 10 peoples are stayed at this hotel via yours tour and travel It's raining and chill day (Temp 2 degree Celsius) Cooking staff is so energetic and enthusiastic that we surprised Luggage transfer was done by staff Breakfast is fresh warmed tasty As we visited to Gurudongmar lake reached hotel late 16:30 instead of lunch Time but staff are ready with lunch We want to proceed for Lachung but staff requesting heartily and politely that we take lunch which touch our heart We take light lunch and proceed We will miss experience Improvement area - Need Wi-Fi as jio and Bsnl not reachable Thanks for cooperation Best wishes Fully Recommended

It was my best stay so far. Budget friendly+stuffs are so friendly+best food. Had my whole trip planned with their help so it is trustworthy as well. Highly recommended stay just add more salt and chilli for the Nagas😂

It was total good at the first glance. The hotel is very budget friendly for backpackers and the bikers. All the rooms were excellent. The staff were very friendly and discipline. The best food in small budget. Thank you highlander for the hospitality.

A very good and homely accommodation. Affordable price with all required facilities. We'll mannered staff and the service is superb. Very clean rooms with a clear Vista ahead... Enjoyed a lot with my whole family Would miss everything we did here

The hotel has all the requirements that any visitor always seeks to. Fantastic staff and the service which made me feel much homely. The rooms are very clean and cozy with serene atmosphere. The customers are well taken care of. Thank you Hotel Highlander.

The best hospitality available for the price they are charging. The crew were accommodative and welcoming. Catered to all our needs. Barring few minor issues, it is the best for the budget. Loved it..
