Hotel The Oak Ridge Retreat by Baizus Hotels and Resorts

Very bad experience! Firstly, this hotel doesnot have a proper road entrance. Aged people like me will face severe difficulties to reach this hotel by climbing high stairs from the Road. Secondly, behaviour of Manager & staffs are absolutely terrible! They neither maintain proper hygiene at bath nor on the bed sheets. The hotel is not worth even one star!

Now let me give you a fair feedback, Hotel Service is best,staff are helpfull,its one of the oldest and Heritage Hotel in Gangtok, taxi stand is nearby & its above Pantaloons, MG Marg, The rates are pocket friendly, Owner Mr Baiju has helped in organsing my Trip to Tsomogo Lake & Natula (he has own cabs) during this trip we were in need of Medical Emergency at late night & i was worried but Mr Baiju who stay in Hotel has driven his car and took us to nearby hospital for Medical Help our family will remain thankfull for his gesture & last but not least the Food of his restaurent was delicious we enjoyed lots Thank u Oak Ridge Team & Mr Baiju

Worst experience I have ever had. Don't be deluded by the name and exterior look of the hotel. Cleanliness, service, everything is very poor. Rooms are damp and gloomy. Toilets are stinky. They don't even clean or mop the floor after check out. Provide used bed sheets, pillow covers and don't even have the fresh stock to replace those used ones. The hotel doesn't have generator facility. If there is a power cut you have to stay in darkness. To be precise the hotel is bereft of any modern facility, hygienic and pleasant atmosphere. Think twice before choosing this place.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Oak Ridge Retreat in Gangtok during our trip. The staff went above and beyond in arranging everything seamlessly. The services were excellent, and the food quality exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended

It is awesome, very comfortable, courteous staff, multiple delicious dishes in breakfast and lunch was very tasty. Multi cuisine restaurant with very tasty food, wonderful chefs. I would recommend this hotel 💯. Thank you for awesome service Oak Ridge Retreat. I will definitely stay here again in my next visit to Gangtok

Nice hotel. Very near to m.g.marg. Staffs are very good and polite. Needs to look after the rooms little bit. Otherwise food and service are very good.

Worst experience of booking tour and hotel with Baizus. Extremely arrogant behaviour and attitude of Manager Mr. Baizus as well as of other stuffs. Dirty water in bathroom, no maintenance, no hygiene. Horrible experience!!!

Very bad & poor quality rooms. Although the outside look of this hotel is good but the badroom are worse and not cleaning properly. Very bad experience. A big disappointed while entering the rooms.
