The service of this hotel is good. Staff are very polite and well behaved. The bathroom is very clean and hot water is available 24 hours. The food in this hotel is delicious. There is no good view of the outside from the rooms of this hotel. That's okay, because the view from the dining area is good and awesome. The hotel is good.

Right on the side of the NH, it's very easy to find the hotel. Rooms are very good and budget-friendly, have wooden finishing so now worries in cold winters, are very much spacious and they also provide a pretty big cupboard to keep your clothes. Bathroom is very clean and hot water is available for 24 hours. Owner and staffs are very polite and well-behaved. The view from the dining area is just awesome. The food is also top notch👌👌, highly recommended.

Service very good.. very friendly stuff.. location and not bad .. value for money rooms ...and food very good and tasty but nothing can be seen from the room below If you don't take the lower room, take the upper room, then you will see all the mountains perfectly🙂

Would have given a negative rating for this disgusting Place. The food they served us Dahi alu chaat, Tikki choley chaat and pav bhaji was worst. Smelled stale and as if preserved in fridge since a week. The kitchen is in most unhygienic conditions and the cooks and waiter look very dirty.It was very unfortunate that i entered this place. Zero value for money. I felt like throwing all the food on the face of the manager there. He was least bothered to take any feedback. Seemed rude and arrogant, Worst food place in Sikkim. I recommend the Agarwal stores which is located few shops away.What a wonderful service as well as the quality of food is great and tasty.

The South Indian food is not upto the mark. But the overall options they provide is wide. Wanted to try all the cuisines but didn't had a lot of time at Gangtok.. Can visit once if you are craving South Indian food.

Good place to eat for veggies. Lots of sweets and snacks in their menu. But avoid eating South Indian cuisine as they are not upto the mark.

Nothing premium in this hotel 🏨 except the name. Service is very poor. Manager is busy in organising tours. Not interested about the service to the customers. Only good thing in this hotel is the Cook, who prepared very good foods.

Pathetic taste. We had ordered Pav bhaji. The bhaji was not all tasty instead it was dripping with oil and Pav was not at all fresh. Avoid going to this place.
