Monratino Ridge View Residency

Fairly modest accommodation that is cut off from the crowded spaces. You can view Kanchanjanga from their common balcony and the main road early in the morning. Special mention for Ranjeet who guided me for everything that I needed and made good breakfast every morning. Cafe Royale is just 2 minutes walk which is a good bar and restaurant. Overall would recommend for a budget stay.

One of the fantastic family run hotel in Gangtok. The room was lovely, neat and clean. Location was perfect MG Road can be reached through stairs within 10 min.

We had a lovely time at Monrantino Ridge View Lodge. It quickly became our home in Gangtok due to impeccable hospitality & warmth from the caretakers. We'll definitely be back & I'd recommend it to anyone going to Gangtok for a few days of calm.

The place is beautiful and the rooms are clean. The care taker Ranjit is really friendly. The own Phansy is an amazing host and very sweet spoken.

Michelle and her friend are the most thoughtful, gracious host. They provided us with all the information we needed. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The beds are comfortable, bathroom and balcony are excellent. Fortunately, we were able to see the majestic Kanchenjunga early in the morning. The flat appears to be the cherry on top of the city. The location is really breathtaking. Michelle and Gangtok, thank you for making our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. My friends and I enjoyed the nicest holiday ever, thanks in large part to the immaculate flat and lively hospitality. We will undoubtedly return!

I stayed at the Monratino Ridge View Residency for two night during my business trip to Gangtok, Sikkim. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Gangtok. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was soft and cosy, and the bathroom was super clean. The property is just 10 minutes of walk from the MG Marg and located at the memorable road. Overall surrounding is beautiful with lot of trees, cafes and restaurants. The colour theme, name of the rooms, design of the photo frames are all done with utmost care and love to provide the best place to guests. I would like to wake up there in the morning and have a cup of warm Tea while overlooking at the City from the balcony. And in the evening I could spend hours there while gazing at the stars below feeling the cool breeze! Michelle has been an amazing host and has a great entrepreneurial acumen. She takes care of her guests minutely. Someone can easily understands the warmth and the hospitality she provides seeing at other guests. Thank you very much for providing such an amazing and comfortable stay. I would like to be there every time I am in Gangtok. I would like to give a 5 star review for my overall experience there.

It was a great experience! The hosts were very kind and helpful. They made an effort to get to know me and provided me with all the amenities needed for a good experience. The breakfast, chai and food requested were always delicious! The property is 5 minute's walk from the heart of gangtok, but in such a quite area that you forget that you're in a center. A gem to find! Highly recommend it to everyone.
